Amanda Barnes interviews László Mészáros, Director of Disznókő Vineyards, to find out all about the terroir and wines of this renowned region in Hungary and the process of making Aszu wines.

    In this interview you can learn about the way this unique botrytised wine is made, using the Aszú grapes which are infected by noble rot and concentrated by the warm, dry and windy weather in the afternoon.
