Interesting centrifugal force machine but the rest of the process is SHOCKINGLY low tech. I mean you have a guy holding wire going on a roller? And you're doing twist ties BY HAND? We have cheap hand tools that twist as you pull backwards and also tools like cordless drills that you load in a roll of wire on a plastic spool into the side and it puts the wire around, twists ot and cuts it off.

As part of the quality check, how does the inspector detect any air gaps (post completion of stage 5 and 6)? Are there any resources/testing devices to establish these credentials and absence of air-gaps. My civil engineer tells that, in case, there are air gaps - particularly in hostile environments like Saudi, Qatar, Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and most parts of the Arab World, air pockets can always cause corrosion, because of temperature + presence of oxygen (abundance of air) and varied environmental conditions such as acid rains, vast temperature gradient and other attributes.

yes
When they spin the pole with wet concrete, it will leave a hollow core.
The g force pushes the concrete outwards hence we get a hollow spun pole .
