Wow nice sharing my friend
Good job
Wow, OSHA would be writing tickets all week in this place.
They only have "O" i.e occupation while hazard, safety is no problem & concern for them at subsistence level.
This is the type of factory that keeps people employed. Mechanisation is great but doesn't help the employment situation.
Ang galing nakakaamaze ang ghi inagawa nmachine waiting for your nakakalibang panooron
If you make stainless pipes having the aloy grinding against ordinary steel ,will result in rust stains. The weldseems also rust .
Acid treatment of the pipe is
Common to prevent rusting .
I wonder if this i stainless...
Probely ordinary steel.
Very thin walld pipe also.
Gotta love those safety shoes.
Steel toe safety sandals?
Sandals???? What gets me is why are they using gloves on their hands for protection, however they are wearing open sandals on their feet. This is very dangerous under any circumstance.
TS 12:24 the guy tack welding the metal without eye protection is or could easily get whats called "FLASH BURNS" to his eyes. That arch light is in the ultraviolet range. I bet some nights when he is ready to get some sleep his eyes feel as though he has sand in them, that is what flash burn causes. Then eventually later in life he will have a bad case of cataract and will have cloudy vision.
Yes, “arc-eye.”
Corneal Abrasions supposedly feel similar. I’ve *had* those, and they were *awful.*
Just close your eyes when hitting trigger
I had flash burn many years ago, and it makes your eyes feel like they are full of sand. What helps is place a piece of raw potato over your eyes.
@@jameshatland4830 yup, that’s like having Corneal Abrasions, all right. That’s what *those* are like, too.
I always have my helmet on before I press the (TIG) pedal even a little bit. Helps that it’s auto-darkening.
Very skilled, hard & risky work...💪👍👌 God bless him.🙏
23:28 Where stainless steel has been subjected to excessive thermal heating (seam welding), it turns into rusting steel (the alloying elements from the steel burn out) and it will rust again. The seam is rusty.
Hence this part needs to be done in an inert gas blanket? (Much as is the issue when Tig-welding stainless alloys.)
The other issue, however - is this material true “stainless” (e.g. 304, 18% Chromium, 8% Nickel) - or is it stainless in name only? As in *maybe* 5% chromium?
@@dennisyoung4631 No. The inert gas simply prevents the melted metal from forming an oxide film on its surface. A likely solution is to select a steel grade that will retain a sufficient content of alloying elements in the steel structure when heated. Some of the alloying elements will burn out, but some will remain. The rest should be enough to maintain the stainless properties. Steel grade selection method. But apparently this is a question of price - not the best steel is used here.
How do we know it is any sort of stainless steel? Maybe the uploader got it wrong. Perhaps they are making mild steel water pipe, which is used in building fire suppression sprinkler systems. They paint it on the outside after installation, and it doesn't corrode inside because the water is stagnant, and the oxygen in the water is used up before significant corrosion occurs.
@@keithammleter3824 I think they just make pipes for sale. They don't care where they will be used.
@@giggling_boatswain : Of course they make them to sell. Why ever else would they make all that pipe? Why does Cadbury make chocolate? Why does Toyota make cars? To sell of course. No factory cares about what you do with their product, but they tell you what it's meant for. We don't know what application these pipes are intended for.
Lack of Personal Protective Equipment is appalling.
My word!!! The nerve,....not wearing the appropriate attire with no metal-clad floppys,, ugh!!
If this was in the US they would be paying millions in fines !!!!
Solid protection gear and safety protocols. How many people lose their limbs each year?
None, that's why they are careless
That's pretty clean for an Indian manufacturing facility.....
i give them respect they have gloves on to protect their hands and fingers but not steel-toe shoes or boots to protect their feet,i guess the hands are more important
Look like they were given those gloves just to do this video. The gloves were very clean, and they looked like they were not accustomed wearing gloves
There are so many safety issues here. The workers aren't wearing steel toed boots, just sandals, no hearing protection, no safety clips on the crane hooks, etc.
Video good beautiful my friend 👍👍👍👍👍
We need modernization in the industry. It needs knowledge, money, and courage. The result will be good quality and cheap products, and the safety of staff and overall production will be enhanced along with profitability.
Want to Kiss these Hard Working Hands and Foreheads; no country can become Bankrupted where alike Skilled and Hard Workers are there. Thanks for Video prepared by Hard Work and Great Effort.
The Government Corrupt not the hard working hands, their Standard of living and their Safety that Counts and etc. 🤔
When Corrupt Occur, Bankruptcy will follow next. Pls correct me. 🤔🙄
_"If you work hard you'll become rich."_ said the Big Boss 😊
But the truth was, the Big Boss got rich instead 😢
It's best to set up a TH-cam Channel and videotape the hard workers, then you'll become richer than the Big Boss 🤣🤣🤣
Hai👍👌antonmursid🙏👌
When I see these factory videos, all I wonder is how the place looked when new!
Don't think it was ever new!

Now I know why I get pipe that’s egg shaped and deformed at each end. But damn brother open toe sandals in that environment is a hard way to make a living. God bless them. And I’ll never complain about defined ss pipe again
Yeah, but those guys had to make a living and I’m sure they were very aware of the dangers. I mean, c’mon, where else can you do that kind of work wearing sandals? Lol!
Excellent video I see the workers have no safety shoes, 😊😊
nice to see extensive use of safety sandals should make the workers confident of their toes survival!
Buhat acha sar ge mashallah Pakistan zindabad 🥰🥰🥰🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰
Amazing expertise.
But, these men could be a split second away from getting split in halves.
Amazing skills by Wow Mechanics 1
That doesn't look like stainless steel, rather carbon steel, 1950" tech but without any safety standards, but very nice and informative video.
right, the traditional half-moon mill with gas welding for the seams. The inside of the pipes will be real hell to clean
Who do they sell this too. The stacks shows so many pipe ends out of round.
That's total normal for the type of cut off they are using.
Very nice work , I'm a bit worried about safety though!
“Hey guys should we get rid of this packaging as we remove it?”
“Nah just Chuck it where you’re trying to walk so that is a tripping hazard.”
Glad to see everyone wearing their safety sandles.
Steel toe Red Wings 😁
Of course the sandals a Work Cover approved.
@@phoenixrising8189 OSHA approved safety sandals lol

Nice safety shoes and equipment OSHA would be in this place like somebody yelling free lunch
this is for welded piping. Hope to see seamless piping processing
I Got 32years of experience in coil and plate slitter, and shearing machine
Interesting technological process!
Excellent work Man 👌👍❤️
very interesting factory ...making satainless pipe but i have concern,, none wearing safety gear..
You can easily lose your head if one roll of steel snap
I thought you planted ball bearings into the earth and steel pipes would grow.
Ocean Gate sourced their parts there.
Where is the titanium and carbon fiber
All those guys are wearing sandals. I wonder how many are missing toes?
Very good.
thanks

22:35 Nice Assist!😂
I just can't fathom this people wearing sandals and still having all their toes
Captivating and enjoyable video. Thank you!!
The only amazing thig here is that no one was killed during the video.
This is in Pakistan poor country
Seems like all the stretching etc could cause some weakness in portions of the pipe unless it's all x-rayed at some point.
You haven't a clue what you're talking about, People like yourself should watch and learn. Didn't your parents ever tell you to shut it and listen.
In the east there are no warranties 🤭😂
Nope that's the way tube is made here in Canada as well.
Days without workplace injury: 0.
at least one guy wearing sandles. Indian style PPE
The Afghanistan don't care about safety, they even don't wear safety shoe 😮😮
Que barulho infernal ! Coitado dos trabalhadores !
great job😊
how many toes do they lose or feet injuries ?
Bravo kolay gelsin selamlar

My favorite is the steel toed sandals !
Love the way they, have my car going in a jiffy!😂
Wow no steeltoed boots. I think Aluminum is alot easier make tubing.
I love how they wear sandals
pakistan or afghanistan workers doing very well
Brilliant work. Very nice video showing every step.
every step in their flip flops...
thanks
thank
They don't always work that hard and fast >> Only for the Camera ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Working skills are good, But totally unsafe, very poor Safety
No steel toe safety shoes? My Good Lord!
Obsolete equipment ensures that the tubing is scratched all the way down so that a compression fitting is guaranteed to leak
If this factory was in the United States, it would be closed down and the owners put in jail.
23:10 internal rusted weld ?
You are assuming that they even know the actual alloy this is. Stainless it is not.
thank boss
Trabalho top viu lindo mesmo
Incredible ! 👍🏻😉
Even the movable parts like the belting dont hve guards, working inthe evironment of hell
Osha approved welding squint glasses😂😂😂😂😂😂
Good job
Does Amazon carry the safety footwear that is "obviously" required to work in a steel plant in Durkaa Durkaastan? Holy crap, that scares me just watching, with all that heavy steel laying around. Tough young lads though, gotta give 'em that!

People are working so honestly and genuinely. But no social security for them. When we common people can force our politicians to work for us in this direction

Mashaallah.
Not sure what grade stainless that is as is appears to have started rusting.
Chinese grade
Good to see they wear gloves and safety sandals.
They left all their safety shoes in the locker .
Nicely filmed and beautifully edited
How pipes are made, in India I presume, and the answer is very inefficiently! But maybe not, after a lot of preparation by many people, the final pipe-forming process seems pretty good.
A fascinating insight!
You worked so hard, I feel ashamed looking at this homework
At 12;17, a crazy guy is arc welding without any eye or face protection at all. Presumably he closes his eyes just before striking an arc, otherwise he would be totally blind. But sooner or later a splatter ball is going to go straight through the thin skin of his eyelid and blind him anyway. I wonder if this place has occurrences of skin cancer of the eyelids, normally an extremely rare disease.
No occurences of skin in their cancers. No worker has ever lived long enough to develop them.
👏👏👏👍
Por favor, donde esta ubicada esta planta?
Pakistan
Great video. In America, we have OSHA. Occupation Safety and Health Admin. Apparently there they have “NO-SHA”, nada, nuttin’, nothing!!! Basic things like hard hats, safety shoes, etc would likely go a long way to ensure the health and safety of workers without a lot of admin involved. Upgrades can include safety cages, etc. But, it all comes at a cost! We know that, but accidents can often cost even more. Again, great video.
