Is it worth holding off researching Revolution and Counterrevolution? That tech causes more rebels to spawn right?
I was thinking. If you conquer people fast enough, you could technically never have fascism spawn if no one else discovered it, and you hold off researching it.

It's not worth it in a world conquest run, not because of Revolution and Counterrevolution itself, but because you want to avoid Nationalism and Imperialism, since that tech unlocks the event that gives you new cores and that event would ruin your revanchism pretty quickly.
Hm, that's an interesting thought, although I doubt you'd be able to conquer everyone quite that fast.
