For those that want to know, the bearing for a 2011 and later (to 2017?) Caravan (&T&C) is a 6206-2RS (30mmx62mmx16mm thk). I set the shaft upright and with a drift, drove the cast iron bracket off (left/right/left/etc...). The ID was real tight. I smashed the OD with a hammer and broke it off (on an anvil) and then used a hand grinder to thin the inner race on one side and then a whack with coal chisel split it loose. I was able to save the shield. notched the shaft and the stop a little but it won't effect operation. Just ordered the bearings off Amazon. Keeping the bearing parts to press/drive the new one on/in.

How was it installed? Was it pressed into the mount? Did you have to press the mount onto the shaft??
i just used woods and hammer. not that hard to press it in.
What symptoms/ noises was this making when it failed?
humming noise like the wheel bearing.

Use a block of wood and a hammer and tap it in.
