Thank you! Unfortunately this is a horrible habit I deal with and when I’m not thinking of it, it just naturally goes like this, I’ve now put a sign up when I film videos to remind myself 😫😂😅 Hopefully this will be more noticeable in future videos! 😁

I'm not sure, because I've had splits since I was kid 🤷🏼♀️ But try not to focus on time or when things will happen, people all around the world are able to do splits, so that means it's not impossible for you! It's totally possible! Just focus on having fun with the journey, have patience and don't give up!
