curious, it looks like there isnt much of an angle between the nut and the tuners to create enough tension on the nut. is that why you had to put the foam there?

I did work there, yes. Haha. Thank you very much. I’m running my own businesses full time working on and building guitars now.

The foam is there to remove unwanted string noise from the headstock. I’m sure the Abasi guitar has enough tension on the nut.
