Alan actually gets to complete a thought without interruption during his review when Chris has internet problems... hahah. 😏 Anyway, I probably won't watch the movie, but the idea of Neverland being heaven is kinda clever, because you'll never grow up if you're not alive.
Saw it last week. Expected something cheap & sleazy like the Pooh films but it was an actual movie. Nice photography & effective music score. A pleasant surprise but I've been a full blooded Horror Fan since my Dad took 4 yr. old me to a dbl. feature in 1956. The packed cinema audience all liked it a lot.
It's not that weird of a thing to say. Horror movies were always supposed to be funny back in the day. Just think about any of the classics really. They were full of one-liners and silly stuff. I'm guessing those are the horror movies Chris is thinking about, since that's just what was around, and your experience may differ (particularly if you're younger). 😉

Quick, someone tell Chris that neither Pan nor Pooh were fairy tales.

Oh, no. A horror movie wasn't funny? What a travesty. I always go to horror movies to lmao.
