- This summer crochet top, raglan sleeve, bottom up design, from my channel, @craftiestyarning572, is a left handed crochet project, like all my previous projects.
All the 4 pieces of this raglan top, Front, Back and 2 sleeves, are worked bottom up, first in the really great and easy-to-do, chevron stitch, and then in straight double crochet stitches. The round neck edge is finished off in the contrast color.
This crochet top is worked in 3 sizes and a measurement diagram is given to help you choose the right size for you.
Because it’s a raglan sleeve design, you will decrease regularly at the top, for all the pieces, but the decreases are easy-to-do and professional looking, and you can happily use these decrease techniques for your other crochet projects.
After the chevron pattern, you will level up the row, in a very easy-to-do manner, before switching to the straight double crochet stitches.
This bottom up approach for a raglan crochet top is rare. I hope you will find it useful.
Beautiful pattern thanks for sharing watching from South Africa ❤
Thanks so much!😀
