I have used whey isolate unflavoured & strawberry from my protein previously and they were excellent. Currently, I’m using the normal whey protein coconut flavoured. The taste is on a very light side and for the first time I’m facing issues with the mix ability, lumps are being formed so that is disappointing otherwise I think my protein offers a very neat and clean quality protein.
i used myprotein from march 2021 - nov 2021 i wish i had someone tell me to go without worries for Indian Brands Myprotein is very overpriced and dosent have good flavours & it has less protein per scoop compared to other proteins Anyways this review was on point !
@Yogender Sharma , ephedra Viridis extract is used in nutrija eca which causes similar effect in stimulation, thermogenesis, appetite suppressing but it does not contain ephedrine alkaloid which as Sir said above is banned ☝️

Good question so there is no defined parameter as such its just how I feel the next day after a good workout.... so I tend to observe factors like muscle soreness.... muscle fullness and overall how I feel after talking the product hope this helps

Aaram se ek scoop bhar k daal liya karo don't worry too much about 4 to 5 gm lesser or more
Pakka review on the Point..Think you were lucky to get it delivered so soon..or may be they sent it fast after doing Background check of your Channel..whereas most of them have still not got delivery from over a month as you said. Price is very fluctuating mostly becoz of Marketing strategy.

I have been using myprotein for some time and I have to say, its damn overpriced, its not bad, it has no problems at all, its just that you can get cheaper protein powders in India with similar quality. Also the pouch is difficult to reseal. I would suggest to but cheaper options, plenty suggested on this channel itself, save your money unless you truly trust this brand. I have used 2.5 kg, 5 kg and 1 kg packs. 3 flavours. Its just not worth the money.
