right when you enter the water it just slows you down though, you usually get into a streamlined position first, use the speed of the dive and then start with a fly kick. When you immediately do fly kicks upon entering the water you just create additional drag that will slow you down.

yeah i noticed he has a weird kick. his bottom half is so unmovable its like hes a robot or something its crazy
his kick stays behind him narrow as possible I tried to match his kick and I ended up getting my best 50 breast (32.2) in yards
