Hello Ronhan, thank you for your comment 😊. I understand, a score is something subjective depending on each individual and of course each person has different standards and parameters. The score I gave is based on my experiences and comparison with other hotels that I have visited. And if you've seen my other videos, you'll realize that an 8 is already a very high score for me (for me, a 9 is almost perfect, and it's very rare and probably rather unlikely that I'd give a 10 as nothing is perfect😄)
