One thing that bothers me the most about this team is we have a bunch of talent and it's getting wasted because of bad coaches. We will never have this much talent on this team again.
We've all seen enough these last two seasons to recognize when your team is doing that many things poorly it's on your head coach he's the one responsible from the motivation of the defensive line to the miscommunication in the secondary and special teams to the offense and Jalen Hurts turning the ball over or jumping offsides not to mention the poor in game decision making leaving points on the board he even ices are own kicker really Nick is by far the worse head coach the Eagles ever had honestly he was never qualified for the position Jeffrey and Howie have a bad habit of hiring rookie head coaches in the NFL smh Jeffrey hit lucky hitting with Andy then Doug but struck out with chip and Nick at least Chip Kelly was a hot candidate at the time a proven commodity in college ..but Nick on the other hand was a wide receiver coach for one year in Indianapolis before that he was an assistant wide receivers coach then a assistant defensive backs coach that's not enough to run either side of the ball yet be the head coach SMH
Several negative social media incidents; Jalen making cryptic comments about his relationship to Nick- several times 🤦🏻♀️ What is going on⁉️ Championship teams don’t display this type of behavior. This does not bode well for our season. 😳
After sleeping on it I think a message has to be sent to the team id trade Slay I'm also going to fire Nick if the team doesn't clean up their act in another few weeks I'm serious you can't miss manage the game and lose the turnover battle and have penalties and have miscommunication in the secondary the defensive line being inconsistent and showing up when they feel like it ..Nick has to go
I’ll make it real simple for you as a chargers fan, it’s the scheme that’s making the players look awful. Look at the Chargers defense this year after getting rid of Staley. 1st in pts allowed and top 5 in every other metric as well as 2nd in epa/play. In the first year under Minter this defense looks completely insane, they play with aggression, they know where they’re supposed to be, they rally to the football, tackle well, dictate terms and confuse opposing offenses. Fangio defense is washed and the league figured it out 2-3 years ago, every Fangio disciple has been fired in the last few years, including the godfather himself 😂
