This is very well done, Dr. Akram. I like the way the lessons actually show us which words and phrases to focus on learning, and the dialogues and actions are easy to follow along. I don't have to worry about understanding every word in order to understand what's going on or to learn the language. Paljon kiitos!
I´m actually learning... And there´s not a single word in english... Very good video. It´s kind of funny because if you ask miita kuuluu to someone who speaks spanish it´s gonna sound dirty. Kuuluu sounds like "culo" which means asshole in spanish
I am loving it, the only flaw is that the girls who are actually leading the programs, speak with a rather thick accent. It will be a little confusing for those, who want to learn correct phonetics of the language.
@fnx0808 Word "se" seems not to be very important in this case. It only refers to someone they may have talked about before and now he asks if (this - "se") Ghadi comes today. I don't see any other reason to add "se".
Gotta say these girls´ accents were getting on my nerves all the time. But sometimes to learn a language you need to go through a crucible like that xd
please never take these down! they're so great to learn finnish :)

3:04 "Se Ghadi tulee tänään...": why does he use the word "se"?
As far as I know, they can use 'se' referring to people in spoken language in Helsinki, this is so-called 'puhekieli'.
@@Titania_Mehr thank you

It's deliberate. They wanted to make these programmes look immigrant friendly.
