Just did my first replacement of a drive pulley on a ZT. Luckily, it was easier than expected because the PTO has a thick rubber flap held in place with fasteners and removing them releases the PTO keeper slot, so no need to drop the PTO. I had to replace the deck belt too, so I had already removed that. The real issue is very little room to move around under there. Had it up off the ground with jackstands. It certainly would have been a lot easier with a lift like yours - maybe! 😉🔧👍
Good video! Question...the Simplicity that behind the Toro in this video....what are you going to do with it? I've got one that looks almost identical and I'm having trouble with the K62 trans that is jerking when I let go of the pedal from reverse. Is there some adjustment???? Thanks@
It is a customers will be getting it fixed soon as I can get a board for it. If it is jerking I would check all the mounting brackets and bolts. I see them shear off and rock back/forth quite often on these models
I am telling you, seems to never fail! This was meant to be a "replace your drive belt in 10 minutes" type of repair. Took me quite a while to get this one done
Thank you!!! Videos are clear and nice instructions!
I appreciate that! Thanks for watching!
A well done honest job. This is why the average person would take it to the repair shop.
I appreciate that! I definitely see a lot of drive belt replacements and most are not exactly the easiest. Thanks for watching!

Good job but it never fails, just when I think something will be a breeze to work on the inevitable snags always pop up. 🙂👍
