Mother of me - Mother being the fuel source, me being the Gutterman. Pained breaths - The sound the Mother makes during its blood siphoning pretty much. Crushed skulls crying blood - The Gutterman crushing the skull of the Mother to end its suffering. Blood coming out of the Mother's eyes represents it crying happily and its thankfulness for the Gutterman ending its suffering. They scream like me - Mother's screams can be heard by the Gutterman and makes it feel bad.
