But whenever a case goes to supreme court it always refers to indian medical council act 1956 and ccim has no rights to introduce modern syllabus in indian system of medicine and only nmc has the right and this gazette goes null when it goes to supreme court. Don't trust this guy and only few surgeries allowed and recently in uttarpradesh few ayush doctors have been issued notice by state medical council for conducting surgeries. State medical council is autonomous body regulating medical code and ethics and has all the power to punish quacks
