Literally every complaint except handling is on option you could have purchased, but you chose not to do anything but complain. Sounds like you should have just purchased a 392 with the one touch sky top. It would likely cost $30K+ more, but it’s fully an option that you chose to ignore by impulse buying.
Yeah, that doesn’t work on this one. I feel Dodge has too many options vs trims. I know I compared this to a Mustang, but I do like that Ford keeps it simple with base or premium options. No need to try and customize what you want and choose a trim, instead you either get all or nothing. KISS

Hello, you can get seat covers and lots to pick from and they do sell steering suspensions to be installed to help with the steering. The beauty of the jeep is you can customize it anyway you want.
The Rubicon comes with the same engine as the Willy's, Sahara, etc. but the 392 is offered on the Rubi. It isn't standard though. The 392 might as well be a trim of its own.
Suggest you do more research before you buy your next car. You sound unaware of trims and options. You will not get what you want if you don't put the work in.
Sorry, me again. All of this is customizable. I ordered my Willis, so I was able to make modifications on the specs. If you ever get another order it and make the changes you want.
1st it’s pronounced Willis not Willies and it seems that you bought the wrong options and model. The Willys is the basic off road version. Made to go slow over rough terrain. The shocks on a Willys are off road shocks so they won’t be great on the highway. The rest is just how you optioned it.
I have a '19 Sport S. It has cloth seats which I prefer. My dads has leather seats, in the summer they are hot, winter they are cold if you don't have seat heaters and leather cracks, splits and wears badly over time even with seat covers......

So here's a little help to solve some of your issues, First to get leather you can go to the dealer and they have a way to purchase leather seats, second since you bought the willy's-to effect the ride quality change the shocks to maybe a coil over. But my best advice I could give you is to sell the thing. a Jeep is not for everyone or look into a sahara for a better ride.
Waddup tho! 2021 was a tuff year for getting new whips due to supply chain issues and other factors. I wanted a 2021 80th anniversary Wrangler with a v6 in Snazzberry. They only had a few come thru my area. I had to settle for a sport altitude with the engine and color.

I got tricked into a 2022 Willy’s trim by my broker didn’t know much about them… I went from a Lexus ES 350 premium package to this what I consider a bucket. Extremely disappointed. I rather pay 100 bucks more for a nicer trim. Can’t even remote start. It’s HOT in ca, I used my remote start multiple times a day to keep my car cool before I get in. The handle on the 2022 does unlock with touch but overall this trim needs to be trashed. I can’t even pay extra to get the remote start option! The sound system I had to replace just now to the Alpine cuz it was soooo sad. Yea… willys is trash don’t get it! Also.. the axles on this trash don’t lock so ur gonna need someone to pull u out if I get stuck. The list goes on and on. May roll it off a cliff soon.. American cars should never be this terrible
It’s meant for off roading…. A Lexus is a luxury car. Consider a Jeep as a “military” car or utilitarian. It’s not just to go to store a to b. But mountain top A to Valley B. The rubicon has axel locks. That’s why other trims should get a winch to pull themselves out if they get stuck without aftermarket lockers. The complaints are kinda not important to the primary Jeep enthusiast community. Ja know?
Its a Jeep for superior offroad performance and easily customizable features.
All these things you hate that are missing are available options.

My 2021 Willys with the Uconnect 8.4 and Alpine audio allows me to lock/unlock and remote start from my phone.
