Eufy robovac 11s 4 beeps error

Well I had an eufy robovac out of the box with this issue even without the accessories worked out, I have to ask a refund because first impressions matter

First of all: this is not a 11 S this is a 11+ pet edition second of all:(I know this from checking the error guide on my 11+) that is a suction fan stuck error.😊
