Knorkator are absolutely insane. If you actually want to hear Stumpen, check out Knorkator's cover of 'Ma Baker' for english and 'Absolution' for operatic latin sex word bliss :D
They almost got onto the Eurovision song contest with a song about turning into a literal pig and exited the stage by wormcrawling off.
Their singer has operatic range and is batshit insane. He can sing while doing cartwheels...and jump on his bandmates shoulders from standing position.
They have songs about 'The lifecycle of Parasitic Were-worms', 'Operatic odes to sexual words', 'Singer asking scientists to make cloning possible so he can fuck himself finally', a song called 'Brush Teeth, Poop & Go to bed', 'What would hypothetically happen if someone crawled into their own ass?' and 'What if...someone ate via their ass instead of their mouth?'. Very wholesome (unironically, their kids often join them on stage and sing on albums :D)!
Saw them half a year ago, they absolutely rule! Also, they're friends with Rammstein! They have a video featuring Till (sitting very still :D) and Knorkator's keyboarder replaced Flake once for a Rammstein concert when he was sick (he almost couldn't make it either because he ended in a car accident while on the way there).

Saluton karaj! Stumpen is a trained opera singer and for many years the lead singer of the pogo band "Knorkator" from Berlin, Germany ("knorke" is an outdated local word meaning swell, great, awesome). The band combines heavy metal with comical and satirical elements and ... opera singing. I propose the MV (much better than the live version) of the song "Ich lass mich klonen" (I let clone myself), because it's very typical for Knorkator: He loves himself so much that he wants to have a clone of himself with whom he can have anal sex. The lyrics are full of sex-related vulgarisms, you see Klumpen in his work dress (kind of diaper to show his full body tattoo), hear him sing in a special style called ... (no spoiler here, find out yourself) and get an impression of the crowd.
Another great song is the MV of "Weg nach unten" (The Way Down) which obviously inspired "Mutterherz" by Elli Berlin. Enjoy!
