Damn, my heart hurts for that baby. I experienced 2nd degree burns on my leg and cried. So I know that baby was in pain; why would people intentionally hurt an innocent baby? It pisses me off when children are abused and neglected.

Sometimes Steve invites limited guest for COVID safety reasons. I think the mom did it. They only asked her questions pertaining to the bathtub they didn’t ask “did you burn the baby?” I believe if they asked that she would’ve failed. Maybe the brother but I feel like he would keep her there out of guilt. I think he kicked her out because he knows SHE did it.

I knew she was going to fail when she didn't question her brother. In her defense, being homeless and questioning the brother might have been eviction instantly. Only feeling bad for that poor child and really hope the situation gets better overall.

I think deep down she knows it had to have been him but doesn't have proof or doesn't want to beleive her brother could do that. ESPECIALLY since she was homeless and he let them stay there. She needs to either bring him back to get a test or have the police question him because his actions are sus.

That poor child , her husband/boyfriend did it, she's lying to protect him , she's saying her was working when he wasn't, and that was his alibi. Her brother kicked her out because of it . Hmm good theory. I also noticed the boyfriends reaction or lack there of with the results. Why not ask her to tell who did it. He was just looking stupid and fake shocked. They prob didn't expect them to ask her those other questions either vs did she do it.

This is absolutely what happened! The only story that fits logically and makes sense in all ways.
So here’s my theory: she passed the first half of the test because the bathtub story was a coverup for what really happened. She likely put the baby in the bath after she spilled something (boiling water, cup noodles, something like that) on her accidentally and didn’t realize the burns were so bad that she’d need to take her to the hospital. She figured she could just clean the baby off & maybe put some ointment on her & it’d be fine, but that wasn’t the case.
Fast forward, and she tells her brother about what really happened, and because he’s got children & now folks are thinking he had something to do with it, he tells her to leave. He can’t risk his family’s wellbeing over his sister, who seems to be really good at lying and manipulating folks based off her behavior here…
She never asked her brother if he’d done it because she knew he didn’t. Maybe she told the father what really happened too & that’s why he didn’t ask - it also might be why he had that stupid look of fake surprise on his face after the results.
But again, just a theory.
That would explain why she got so angry, when Steve said, it might has been her brother.. ..

My cousin got a 3rd dregree burn on his arm and side when he was a toddler. It was a complete accident. We were camping he was playing near the fire pit. He was not inside the fire pit, nor did we realize the fire pit was still retaining heat. To us it fully looked out. We had a fire the previous night so some of the embers were still hot but we were all unware of that. There was 7 adults on this camping site at the time of the accident. Me and my sister were watching him running around and playing. In an instant he tripped over one of the dog leashes and tumbled into the fire pit. Immediately my sister picked him up and we immediately saw his little onsie he had was burning. We immediately ripped it off his body and started yelling for help. He was whisked off to the hospital. To get taken care of. Every adult after this happened blamed themselves, we all know it was an accidcent but in a matter of seconds this little toddler was badly hurt because none of us thought he was in danger. My sister and i Especially felt really to blame because we were watching him while the rest of the adults were packing swim bags and lunches and stuff to go to the beach. When his mother (my aunt) came back with him me and my sister wouldnt stop apologizing as we felt it was our fault. We should have kept him father away from the fire pit. She hugged us and made sure we knew it wasnt out fault and he was gonna be okay. Even still i think back on that day and think of all the things i wish i would have done differntly to prevent that from happening. If only i picked up the leash, if only i had taken a coloring book out for him or taken him for a walk something. I know it wasnt my fault and any one of us could have fallen into the pit but i still feel as if i could and should have done something different to prevent it from happening. He had a skin graft and everything. It was a bad burn but with medical help and alot of time it did end up healing. I dont think he has any memories of it but i cannot say for certain. Hes grown so much since it happened and has taken the world by storm. He loves karate and playing soccer. Even when he was hurt he never let it weigh him down, and hes doing absolutely wonderful now. His injury is not effecting him or anything hes wanted to do, but even still that day haunts me.
The way this lady is reacting makes me believe she knows exactly who burned this child and shes protecting him or her instead of protecting her own child. I pray that child heals quickly and with as little pain as possible. I pray they make a full recovering like my cousin. And i pray whoever did this to this beautiful baby gets the karma they deserve.
So either her brother did it or one of the other kids turned on the hot water while the baby was in the bath. She knows what happened and is covering for someone. Its such a shame and I feel so bad for that baby who should be removed from that environment💔
I would never protect my brother or any family member or just any person if they hurt my child. Absolutely not. NOTHING is more important to me than my child.
Either she did it or her brother. The first half of the questions only asked if she intentionally burned her in a bathtub or intentionally put her in scolding hot water. She could've burned her by pouring hot water on her. The second half of the questions asked if she was withholding information of who burned the baby (she could be withholding information about herself), was she aware that the baby was burned before/when she put her in the water (if she did it she'd be aware), does she know for sure who caused the burn injury (she would know for sure if she did it). So either she did it or she's covering for her brother because she failed for knowing who burned her baby. Either way she's guilty because why would you protect your brother if you know he burned your baby? The whole situation is fishy.

Honestly nobody seem surprised not even the father …when he found out she had knowledge his reaction wasn’t shocked or anything. He either know something too. And he needs to be tested right along with the brother.
This hurts my heart! These injuries look like when I got hit by a car 2 years ago and I received road rafts on my stomach pretty bad and it hurt really bad along with my pelvic fracture where I required morphine to take away the pain in the hospital.
The dad was answering questions like he was a child trying to seem innocent. That was pretty conspicuous.
I have a feeling it was the father. I think he wasn't really at work and it's a cover story. Nobody would take charges like that for anyone other than the person you're in love with. He seemed very stoic during her failing and if I was the father, I would be BLACKING OUT after finding out she knows who it was!!!!

How do they not ask the people in the house what happened? The mother mentioned to the doctors to test for chemical burns, so that’s a red flag right there.
She mentioned it because when she gave first 2 a bath she washed and conditioned there hair wit the brother girlfriend conditioner which she never used befo and put the baby in the same water so she was tryn to tell the doctors it was a chemical burn baby’s skin be sensitive that’s y she asked them to test her skin

If I learned anything from the show it's that authorities don't like when parents don't know something that pertains to their child the worst thing you can say in an accident that involved your child is I don't know because as a parent it's our job to know
Just a theory, but say someone she loves and cares about accidentally spilled a hot beverage on the little girl. A genuine accident and she's trying to cover for them. Hurries up and grabs baby, runs baby to the already made bath water thats probably luke warm to rinse her off and cool her off but it's too late and the damage is already done. Now it looks bad and the person she's covering for is telling her not to tell the authorities because they won't believe it. I can definitely see that being a possible scenario. It's still very wrong to lie about what happened and to cover for someone and risk losing your child just to protect that someone. Nobody should come before your child.
I don’t think she’s protecting someone. The lie detector asked if she intentionally burned her daughter. It never asked if she unintentionally burned her. I think she accidentally did it and just didn’t want to tell anyone

A heat-induced burn (thermal burn) can occur when the skin comes in contact with any heat source. This might be from a cooking pan, an iron, a fire, a hot surface, or a hot, scalding liquid or gas. The burn was on the front lower part of the body. WTF happened to that baby! I understand that it was most likely an accident so mama is covering for family member. Could one of the kids have accidentally did it? Yes. Could the brother or his (they beeped out) have done it? Yes. Something happened and mother knows what. The pain that baby was in and the suffering she will have to endure due to loss of feeling due to nerve damage and scarring is horrible. Just tell the truth!
As a nurse I must contradict you , scald burns caused by hot liquids are totally different to burns caused by contact with a solid hot surface, or dry heat as we call it , the pattern , the depth , the appearance , all different , Personally I think someone threw a cup of hot drink over this child , it didn’t happen in a bath , I’ve seen and treated burns many many times, you can definitely tell the difference between a burn from liquid , and a burn from contact with dry heat

At this point, after watching the video of her giving her kids a bath, but after her two oldest was bath, then she put her youngest in the tub after them, whenever she went to get her youngest daughter from her brother, I believe it's her brother that burn his niece, not the children's mother. Right now it's the mother's fault for not noticing the burns in the first place, she supposed to protect her kids from her brother or anybody else that would harm them.

You can tell by looking at the burns that she left that baby laying under RUNNING hot water and probably got distracted with her other two kids. She fails for having knowledge because she knows she was negligent. However, I don’t think this was intentional. She should just tell the truth.

I know I have gave my daughter a bath and I don’t know what was in that water but it made my daughters skin appear that she was burned but they wasn’t burn marks. So me and my husband and our two children at the time moved out that apartment and other tenants as well had moved out. The other tenants complained about the water too. It done the same thing to their children and also burned our eyes as if it was some type of chemicals in the water. The doctors couldn’t even explain it. We actually went to the same doctors as the other tenants to report what happened. So they closed that whole building down and reported the incident to the water company. But thank GOD we decided to move out and buy a house cause I don’t know what they hell was going on with that water. But in this case I knew she knew who burned her child. She’s a disgusting person. She’s no mother. A mother protects and nurtures their children. But he’ll lay down and continue to have more kids with her and so will other males.
