Homemade dried rose petals are so simple and easy to make that can be used in most of Indian sweets either as decorative roll or as a flavouring syrup.
Make sure to dry the collected petal in shade. Sun drying will make the petals change in color brownish not retaining the pink and also the original fragrance
Collected flowers can be stored for about one week in air tight containers

Yes it’s enough if the petals are hard it Amy a day extra that’s it. I used that old ancient variety of paneer roses
