I'd 1stly like to say I love your content and channel my guy and you showcase all I love about the realty, however I'd like to comment that plz plz plz never showcase a full vedio during the night and sneak previews during the day coz it's not advisable to do so. I get a clear idea of the properties your previewing better during the day than at night coz if you go through the vedio yourself ud see that there are 98% parts of the house we can't make off coz it's at night and one can't really have the feel of the views and landscape at night. I am a lover of realty and I'd know coz I also build and sell houses. Remember, this is just my advise but with that being said. I love your show and hope to see more of ur content.👌
Home is beautiful, but not staged at all. Stark and cold, uninviting. I get that previous owner obviously did not want to leave furniture as part of home price. But realty agents could have commissioned professional staging team to add to pleasant viewing experience. 🤔
The camera man needs some kind of stabilizer instead of freehanding it. He’s shaking the camera all over the place and it makes the viewer dizzy and anxious.
