Mike's Road Trip We made a return trip about 10 years ago & Sedona although still beautiful had become more developed & commercialized. It lost a lot of its appeal to us.
Mike's Road Trip On our wedding trip, while we were having breakfast at the Coffee Pot restaurant, an old resident (had a nearby ranch) walked in, & met him & found out he was in at least 1 western movie with John Wayne filmed near Sedona many years ago. That was very ‘Cool’’
So cool. This is an awesome time of year to visit Sedona. Hope my video helps with your list of things to do. Thanks for watching. Have a great time. Cheers, Mike

Oh, you’ll have a wonderful time. The weather is almost always nice, it just depends on what you’re expecting. Very good chance that you’ll see a dusting of snow, which is a magical time in Sedona.

Hey! We are from the UK and we are planning to visit Sedona. However, we don’t think we will be able to rent a car when there. Is it possible to explore Sedona without car?
Thanks so much for watching...you'll really enjoy Sedona. I'm afraid there is no way to explore Sedona without a car. You need one to even get there from Phoenix. Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers, Mike
Went to Sedona last weekend , I didnt know how difficult was to get a motel room, there was nothing available on a saturday night, so we had no choice but to sleep in the car, other wise is a beautiful little city. Loved it.
Oh no, that sucks. Yeah, Sedona has become very, very popular. Did you try Airbnb? That could have been a good options. Hope you can go again one day. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Mike

@@RoadTripTravel Thanks I will look at that. I'd never looked at Arizona before. But I was just flicking through TH-cam and was watching a video on Phoenix and thought it looked amazing. So I searched some more and found some on Sedona. I feel drawn to it for some reason. It looks a perfect place. You are lucky if you live there.
@@Frankie-so3by Arizona is an amazing State, so too is Utah. The diversity of the landscape in quite remarkable with so much to see and do. My favorite area of the U.S. is the Southwest. Many people say what you did about being drawn to it. Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers, Mike
@@RoadTripTravel Yeah I will. I'm watching a video now on the city center of Phoenix. I am amazed how beautiful it is. I will look Utah up too. I can see why it is your favourite. A new dream to think of while on lockdown.
Oh, you're going to have a wonderful time. I would probably have hiking shoes, but you could get away with running shoes for some trails. Beware, your socks and shoes could get stained by the red dirt.
Hi, I am planning on visiting Sedona for the first time ever and was wondering if all the places mentioned in this video are still open during Covid-19 or if there are restrictions being implemented?
Oh, you're going to have a lovely time. I do believe they are open, may were closed back in April and May, but I believe most are open now. You may want to contact the Sedona Chamber to double check though. 800.288.7336 or Info@SedonaChamber.com
this is helpful! I'm celebrating my Dad's 80th by taking him and my Mom to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, etc. The only challenge is that I need to find tours or hikes where there is minimal hiking. My Dad is in phenomenalllll shape, but his knee is a tinch bummed right now due to some cartilage issues. I saw the Pink Jeep tours around Sedona and South Rim, but do you have any other suggestions? I think, b/c of your suggestion in the video, we will do Slide Rock Park!

I have stayed at 6-7 different places in Sedona, mainly B&B's. Do you have an idea what part of Sedona you'd like to stay? If you'd like to be centrally located, I really like www.elportalsedona.com, it's a small inn/boutique hotel.
It's certainly a great place for the outdoors, but I disagree about getting board. There is sightseeing, amazing galleries, great restaurants, outstanding spas and more. Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed the video. Cheers, Mike
