This lady is awfully sympathetic and a perfect pianist...greeting from the Slovak Republic me a fan and a dancer of boogie and rock and roll..she really LIVES with it!! Thats exceptional --
I think only those of us who play piano can comprehend how difficult this is. The total left and right hand separation is closer to classical piano than it is to other blues piano styles. What a great talent.
The very idea of the left hand and the right hand doing two different things at the same time is to me, mind boggling. Now I know that they're actually doing one thing, the music is one thing that they're doing together, but just trying to do that on say a tabletop in conjunction with the music that I'm hearing is, for me, almost impossible. Perhaps if one began at a young age, and with a brain that was wired for this it would be..... easier? I don't know, I've never had any success with musical instruments at all, with perhaps the exception of the recorder and harmonica, but still this kind of thing amazes me.

I've watched all the performances of this piece that I can find and I can't help but come back to this one. There's something about the crispness you play it with. Axel Zwingenberger plays it hard but the lighter touch you give it works really well. I love it.
