That's kinda ridiculous. The majority of their target market is on social media. And, social media can be used to generate interest/ad revenue for their sports networks in general. We probably agree that the problem is that they seem to censor one particular political point of view (e.g., right-wing), while they strictly promote another political point of view (e.g., progressivism). I don't mind hearing about politics in sports, but I feel that these sports networks should make effort to fairly represent both sides of these debates instead of just automatically, blindly labelling anyone who disagrees with them: racist/sexist/bigoted/etc. They really don't allow for healthy debates on these political topics.

I quit watching most espn shows but I can no longer watch any. All the politics on espn, etc has literally ruined sports, all my sports shows and especially nfl for me. I never thought that day would come but it's been great. I now spend more time outdoors and with my family.

That's kinda ridiculous. The majority of their target market is on social media. And, social media can be used to generate interest/ad revenue for their sports networks in general. We probably agree that the problem is that they seem to censor one particular political point of view (e.g., right-wing), while they strictly promote another political point of view (e.g., progressivism). I don't mind hearing about politics in sports, but I feel that these sports networks should make effort to fairly represent both sides of these debates instead of just automatically, blindly labelling anyone who disagrees with them: racist/sexist/bigoted/etc. They really don't allow for healthy debates on these political topics.
She was suspended back in 2008 and wrote an apology to the people of Kentucky in 2009. She also brought up controversy in agreement of someone stating that police are slave patrols. This is not her first time in controversy.

It would be in ESPN and even all of their other competing sports cable channels such as Fox Sports, NBC Sports Net and CBS Sports Channel best business interest for all their Hosts/Anchors and reporters who are not COMMENTATORS i.e Not Stephen A, Skip, Colin etc.(I am not fan of most of those daytime sportstalk shows either but that for another chat)to not publicly state their views on non-sports news topics on any social media sites. I quit watching most espn shows but I can no longer watch any. All the politics on espn, etc has literally ruined sports, all my sports shows and especially nfl for me. I never thought that day would come but it's been great. I now spend more time outdoors and with my family.
