Jakob Ebner very nice, yeah servers are so small you can actually run into people in these games which I kind of like. Tarkov is similar but I almost feel like there’s too many people in matches in that game for how small some of the maps like Custom are.

buggy game with lazy devs, they havent added any content in a year and theres still game breaking bugs and glitches that have been in the game for a year and they still arent fixed, just yesterday i desynced through a ladder and died

How the fuck are you playing that trash? It has the worst aiming ever... and im not exaggerating.
Delay based aim acceleration that cannot be turned off (a complete deal breaker on its own) and the highest input delay ive ever seen.
Its fucking unplayable. Not by using the right stick to aim.

Regarding the derringer testing at 15:47. If the derringer was shot at an enemy player it would have 1 shot head shot them (like all of the guns in Hunt Showdown)
The Derringer can headshot up to 52m in-game

I’ve been having a lot of fun on PS4, my main load out is a martini Henry riposte, and a dolch, Meds, dusters, throwing knives, 1 of each shot, and an ammo box. It basically takes out everything at all ranges
so this games works like Escape from Tarkov, you build your loadout, go in and then do whatever and leave?

@@frigglebiscuit7484 You lose ur Hunter and all the gear that were on him (weapons, meds, grenades...). Game has 2 ranks system, main rank and hunter rank. U lose ur hunter rank when he's dead but the main rank called Bloodline doesn't get affected.

I've tried playing this game 3 times, every time I would get extremely long wait times for matches and horrendous ping over 150, where other players were teleporting around. Every time I would refund it, wait a couple of months, and then purchase and try again. I really want to try again cause it looks even better, but idk why I can't play online matches.
I am southeast NA and have a high end PC, so no clue why I always have these issues.
That’s really odd because I had just gotten a PC and Tarkov as my first game. I was disappointed with Tarkovs performance and eventually got Hunt during this weekend sale and I’m amazed at how quick I find matches & it’s stability overall
Strange, I'm from the EU and can play on NA East servers just fine. Never had 150 ping, did you set your server region correctly?

This game is so underrated. They just need to start adding to the game but I think early access did more damage than good to the game.

I've been playing this on Ps4 and had some cracking games so far. Doesn't move as smooth as it looks on pc (sadly) but at least I get to play it. Playing with randoms is frustrating as most don't have a mic and you need to talk. It's such a submersive game it makes me jump lol and the spider creeps me out
I came for the hunt. I stayed for the handsome jack
This game is just absolutely insane! I cannot fathom why it does not have more hype around it. I played so many shooters and Battle Royales, but this really got me hooked like no other game could in a long time. I absolutely recommend anybody to try it - even if you think its not for you - you might be surprised!

only thing i don't like is that they haven't fixed team and enemy character shadow maps... all i see are floating guns... is this universal problem or is it just me? :|
Cool game, but the matchmaking mechanics are probably the worst I've ever experienced in a game, and frankly unless you're going to put enough time into this game to be good you're going to spend more time trying to match up or in the loading screen than actually playing the game.

This game looks great with 60+ fps with solid controls etc... then there's the ps4 version... yeeeeaaahhh.
Ammo tip, if you pick up a blokes gun with the same ammo type as your gun, then pick yours back up you'll keep all the rounds from theirs.
Well, thank God that I have compulsive reload syndrome like you so I don't get caught out reloading in front of the enemy.
hunt showdown is a game that let's you display real skill if you miss a shot in this there will usually be real consequences like a 3 sec reload time or you could just spam your pistol but still a lot more skillful than using a p90.

The engine that Crytek uses is crazy, they dont need the RTX stuff at all to show how good the game world can be 💯
Hunt is an acquired taste,the brutal gameplay isn't for everyone but if you like it then you will really like it
