in my case, even when I got down to my target weight and size, I still had all of this excess skin and as anyone knows, excess skin just doesn't do anything but SIT there and wait to be removed.
This video is enlightening, though, about the surgical muscle tightening; who even knew surgeons could do that? Of course, doing it the old fashioned way by eating right and working out and maxing those results out first still seems to be the healthiest and probably best long-term approach.

I have had 9 children, 2 c-sections and was told by a cosmetic surgeon that I have a hernia. I would like to know if my Cigna insurance would be accepted to use for a tummy tuck plus hernia to be removed? No I have not been to my primary doctor as yet to find out the stage of the hernia.
