So.... when you leave the mall and go off road, and those nice MT's kick up the dirt and mud, it drops into your storage and all over your hands once you open the wing??? I don't get it? If you do off tracks in the red ute for instance, how do you find the release buttons in the mud, and how dirty are you once you found them? Am I missing something, or are these utes not really intended for off road use?

Looks awesome but it does seem like it’s just given up significant bed space for some toolboxes. I’d prefer undertray toolboxes. Also wouldn’t want to see the repair bill if you bump those butterfly doors while you’re 4WDing. Aesthetically it’s beautiful though 😍

lmao this is probably the most nothing-burger mod you can put on a pickup truck
it's basically just 2 tiny cabinets with a butterfly door for no reason other than cosmetics, it even reduces the tubs capacity

but seriously... aside from giving you a hard time about your comment timing, those are some amazing looking trucks. the hidden storage access looks great. I am curious how much bed space was lost for the storage though??? are the storage boxes narrow enough to fit between bed side and bed tub? or did you cut away at the internal space?

The butterfly tub looks cool, but I don’t quite see the purpose or practical advantage just to gain a tiny bit of storage space for something like a coffee maker or little tool box or whatever. Seems to be a huge expense again just to gain a little shelf space. Otherwise nice trucks. These look like they belong just in a showroom or car show, rather rock crawling or overlanding.
