This is an awesome interview! Whether you are getting paid by Sony or not, you did not interview the rep like you were paid off. I just finished watching some FS7 mark II reviews and I swear I was watching a major news broadcast where every one was regurgitating the exact same information. It was so bad that it was in the exact same order. Your interview was refreshing. For people to say that the FS7 mark II is not a replacement for the FS7 is silly. FS7 owners do not get a free upgrade to the mark II and nor can they simply by the components of the new features of the mark II and just add them to the original FS. Soooooo how again is the FS7 mark II not a replacement of the mark I? Oh... because Sony is not discontinuing the FS7 mark I. But that can be explained through overproduction and so by saying it is not discontinued, they can clear that inventory. In either case, definitely thank you for doing an interview that asks the key questions. Did Sony make enough changes to justify the mark II's price? How is the mark II different from the FS5? niiiiice.... I tell you this... If I can live with the weight and they bring down the price, I would love an FS7 mark II... long story... Oh... I would leave it in auto..... lol... I am just a goofball like that, but I will eventually try to get creative... We'll see.... In either case, thanks for doing the interview and happy holidays.

The variable ND filter is a huge improvement. Too bad they didn't upgrade the LCD and loupe!

The thumbnail clickbaited me with that sick 135mm Summicron that doesn't appear in the video!
Multiple reviewers said this camera's viewfinder/LCD was a big disappointment, but they never addressed that.
