As a Canadian, I kinda found it a little annoying that HBO wasn't available outside of the US and some other countries and had to basically rely on sketchy piracy sites to watch a show. Now however, I'm glad I don't have to deal with that garbage
I disagree with Optimus I don’t think they’re doing this because its a bunch of “old men” in the boardroom who are out of touch, if you consider that CNN is “propaganda,” it makes sense they would try to shove it in your face anyway they can.
They lasted less than a week. Nobody knew the streaming service even existed. That’s how insignificant their project was. In truth, the only ones that watch CNN are boomers, Karens, and businesses who have it play in the background while people wait in lobbies.
Might sound a little conspiratorial but I don’t think it has anything to do with profits/business, I think it’s just straight up propaganda. Make sure everyone stays divided and more easily manipulated at all times with no way to escape it.

CNN plus didn't have a live feed. That's why it failed. Paramount Plus has a good mix of sports news and entertainment. MAX is trying to catch up. Even Peacock has sports and MSNBC Morning Joe in the morning.
