Ford Ecosport Clutch Assembly and Thermostat Housing Change ..

- Change my car's clutch plate and Thermostat sensor. Clutch padel becomes hard as earlier on 7k km only. So I decided to replace my clutch plate and request to the service centre for discount. They agree for it only for labour cost and clutch assembly part for 50 persent discount and remain on full price.

Thanks for concern. If u know well about proper part then order on boodmo. Otherwise u better know the availability and knowledge about Ford parts in market, haahaa. We have only depends on service centre. But I must say Ford better serve to their customers.
Clutch plate reverse dala lagta hai. "Transmission side" they put towards pressure plate side. I have a doubt.
Pressure plate side is the transmission side bro. Opposite is the flywheel side. They have installed correctly.

It's not science. My car is running 6k km Only. So humble request to dealer and they gives me 50 percent on labour and parts both. Ford gives always #familywalifeeling!

May be but Ecosport, Aspire 1.5 diesel bs4 ka clutch waise bhi hard hi hain. So I replaced it.

Clutch parts are wear and tear components. It completely depends on driving behavior. You can have clutch plates that last over 1 L km or a few hundred km. It all depends on how you use it. If you shift aggressively, do burnouts, ride clutch (Keeping foot half pressed on clutch), or change gears without proper clutch application, then get ready to spend on clutch overhaul.

It's almost arround 7k running. 6k plus.
Generally aisa hota nahi hain but unfortunately with me it's have to change. Maybe I learn driving on it so. But Ford service is best and offerings discount.

7k running🤔, clutch plate, pressure plate replacement. Sir, under warranty hogi na a hi to car. Why you have paid the amount. They should have done it FOC
