Thanks for your help, I have a 2011 Honda odyssey touring elite and was up to -9999 miles ,even though oil change was done timely manner by husband reset was never performed. So I looked it up on TH-cam and followed your instructions and thank god no more orange lights !!

I tried doing what you said but I cant get the oil % to pop.up so I dont have the option to reset it back to 100% why is that

I assume the engine is idling while you are resetting the light?

gojoe283 The engine was running when I did this, but you just need the ignition in the ON position. See description in video for full instructions.

The service screen pops up and doesn't allow me to use the knob to scroll through anymore. I can only be on the oil life screen for a couple seconds before it switches to service past due screen.

Venkat Reddy Yes you can, but just don't reset and not change your oil.

I was struggling with this yesterday (even though i successfully reset many many times), be sure to follow exactly as dial2fast has described, press for 10 seconds, then press once again when flashing on maintenance minder screen, then press again holding for 5 seconds and it will reset.
