HINT HINT, if they thought they needed to draft a TE to replace Schultz's production, they wouldn't have chosen a TE with *limited pass production in college who was considered the 'best blocking TE' in the draft* Schoon had a whopping 2 receptions his 1st year at Michigan, 17 receptions his 2nd year, and 35 receptions his 3rd year - a whole 1.5 reception per game average. Yea, I'm sure they saw "NEXT GEORGE KITTLE" written all over him... Dumb
It's honestly wild that they thought that the "just hit him every play and make him quit" strategy was going to work on FERGUSON of all people. Dude fed off of every single thing they did - mofugga just got more powerful each time they tried to do anything to him😂
Jupp, dak really sucked he missed open wrs or te on every down. Its not like the packers did a good job playing defense because I saw the tape and there was almost always a least two or 3 sometime all people open on passing downs. I havent seen any down where there wasnt an open player. I cant blame mikes play making because dak really coudnt find anyone.

Dude is so underrated as a TE it’s crazy but I feel like this season he’s gna finish top 5. Cowboys didn’t add any weapons and the run game looks like it may have gotten worse so Jake is definitely going to see a lot of targets. Hes option 2 in this system and it wouldn’t surprise me if he sees about 120-130 targets this season.

How did literally every Cowboy Fan know Ferguson was going to be a big deal, and the coaching staff NOT go to bat about how stupid it would be to draft a tight end in the 2nd? I get you need two tight ends but the TE 2 is going to play maybe. 40-50% of snap and get MAYBE 2 targets a game? It’s like drafting a LB that’s only going to play on 1st or second down in the 2nd round, the value is terrible
