Thanks for watching. This mower was really tough to push and now I know why.
This video is meant as entertainment, always practice safety.
They need someone like you to pick the best designs to make.
I don't know about that but thanks
I've had problems with wheels doing that..Good tip and may have one in the shed I can use it on.
thanks!
Nothing wrong with the good old socket and extension to straighten wheels. 👍
my thoughts too, just have to be careful
I'd even grease stuff up when I was a kid because I was lazy and didn't want to strain myself any more than was necessary. I knew whwre the oil can was. Thanks, happy weekend and Blessings
nothing wrong with that
Thanks for all your videos.
Have always liked your channel.
So nice of you, I appreciate your time here.
I wouldn’t give it away. I feel sorry for people who have a simple mechanical problem, and can’t determine what is the solution.
it is a real shame
Troy Bilt that mower with his bare hands.
Great video and that was a great trick for bending the brackets back to fix the wheels.
thanks, glad it worked out too because the alternative was not going to be cheap.
Thank you for the video
You're welcome
Excellent
thank you
I think I'm a new subscriber
thank you Jake Brown
What app do you use?
I use Craigslist and FB marketplace
I really enjoy your videos. What do you use as a spray cleaner? Can't seem to find on here.
it's a degreaser from Harbor Freight
I have only come across a couple of the xp models. You know I wouldn't give away a mower with issues.
yes that I'm very aware of, thank you Brian King
Which part of the US do you live in? I do not see free mowers as much as you do in my area.
Since I have never stated in any of my videos I won't be saying, however I would love to be in Vermont
5.3 kg is the highest I’ve seen on the channel, imagine being old and trying to mow the garden with this! Must have caught the wheel on something to bend the bracket. At 4.33 is that 💩 on the wheel? 😂
it was certainly too much even for me.
Hey bud, great video and channel 👍Ive got a 725 series Briggs Troybilt mower. Starts on first pull, but heatsoaks after 10 minutes underload, and shuts off. Will only start and ahut off after that. I tried two different good coils, cleaning the carb thoroughly, buying a new carb, switching out the plug, etc. Nothing, any ideas? Very puzzling to me because I, like you, I'm an amateur small engine mechanic that flips free mowers for beer money lol. Please help!
sure, I would check the valve lash, and also replace the fuel line and fuel cap on the tank.
correction at 2:40. you stated 2-2.5 kg. then state that its more than 5x the effort then it should be. the readout on the meter was 5kg. so i think you meant "2-2.5 pounds" 😉
thanks for that
@@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE 😁just something i caught as i was i watched. good video tho
I'd sooner fix it. Grease the axles with moly grease. I'd probably change the wheels for ones with bearings in them.
that's a pretty good idea
I wouldn’t get rid of it. 👍🙏👍🙏
me too!
What abrasive and Lube do you use?
that's a 3m scotch brite pad, red, and I use lithium grease
I wouldn't get rid if a push mower if it was hard to push I would just fix it
even if you had to replace the transmission? nice!
Spoiler Alert: It’ll be a partially sheared flywheel key! 😉😂
(Or, much less likely, loosened screws on the magneto, allowing it to close the airgap too much.)
we'll find out soon enough
I wouldn’t give it away. Unfortunately I don’t have more money than brains. I would fix it.
you and me both
Bracket fixes are🤨
Wow , you got that for a steal 🤔 …well someone did .😉Looks like it fell of the back of a truck literally and figuratively 😉 . So they didn’t want to risk , Taking it too a repair shop to get it fixed 🤷 Mabe .
it's possible
