Keep doing what your doing Andrew! Your content is a breath of fresh air compared to most other fitness type channels out there. I would love to see some more content based around diet, for example recipes etc.
Great content! I developed a very rare form of MND called Primary Lateral Sclerosis about 8 years ago. Prior to that I was a bit of an amateur hybrid athlete myself, running 20 miles per week and powerlifting. I now challenge myself to walk around a hilly track and lift lighter weights on the gym machines. It’s just as much as a challenge and even more rewarding than my previous training. Never under estimate the power of cognitive reframing in regard to exercise for your disabled patients. Cheers!
Loving these sort of vlog / non fitness content. Please do more of these and I’m sure your channel will grow even faster. Please can you share the recipe / turorial of your pancakes?
Thanks! Blended oats 130g, handful ground flax seeds, 3 eggs, 3 tsp baking powder, some salt + cinnamon, yoghurt to top up the mix to get nice consistency then fry with a dribble of oil - can swap out some of the oats for protein powder if you’re that way inclined 👍🏼
90g starter, 400g white flour, 50g rye, 350-370ml water, 9g salt - autolyse 30m, couple rounds of stretch and folds then prove as long as it needs, score and bake on high in a Dutch oven 35 mins then another 15 mins with lid off. Still refining it but that’s as best as I’ve got so far 😂
You've easily became my favourite TH-camr, I look forward to these vids :)
Cheers, Andrew!
Thanks for the support 👊🏼
