Thanks and welcome
Yet, another great video ! Good useful tips & tricks .
Glad you like them!
This lecture si very perfect sir
Thanks and welcome
This is GOLD!! Your subs should be in the 10’s of thousands!! Your channel will grow, because you are committed to bringing new content regularly to us, and thank you for that.
I’m just about to embark on the world of 4th axis milling in my Syil X7. Have you done a video on basic first time setup for 4th?
I have my centre closing vice and stock setup done, and perimeters setup, but I’d like your input on WCS positioning, how to get that done accurately, and getting the first basic tool paths done ?
Many thanks Phil.
Send me an Email im more than happy to work with you next week on it.

As far as the giveaway anything is great but honestly the best thing you can give is what you’re already doing, giving knowledge and good tid bits of info. I got you on LinkedIn as well. Love the content
Thank you for that, However i wanna give the love back.
Great video, I could use a seat!
To buy or enter to win if you cough the easter egg at the end.
@@JITCADCAM enter, I did catch it.
Great video. Can you make a video on how to create or import custom tool holders please.
Great suggestion! Ill see what I can do.
Heyyyy! I never knew about the model selection! I always wondered why sometimes my stuff wouldn’t carry over! That’s a good tip to know
Glad you liked it.
Giveaway of more good content and a few t-shirts & some one-on-one Zoom or similar training time; lots of value to recipient AND manageable cost on your side. (At least that’s what I would want if I won LOL)
Great Point I didnt even think about training and support packages.
Another great video! Any reason not to do this by creating a manufacturing model for each setup?
Good question! yes cause you cannot utilize continuious rest machining in the setup.
@@JITCADCAM Ah...this explains why I get the warning "2ndOpFlip (Titanium): Continue Rest Machining: Cannot verify that the stock is transferred from the previous setup for rest machining. Verify that the model selections in both setups are the same." It works fine as long as the origins are correct. I need to start doing it the way you suggest in this video.
So this friday I will be doing this same concept on a Tombstone with mulitple parts and multiple setups.
Can I have 3D CAD to try learning? Teacher.
So I dont provide models normally but you can watch a couple of my videos and they walk you through how to build your own vises to be used for this.
