I think there's too many videos online telling traders to put their hopes in indicators when all you truly need to understand is price action, candlesticks, and support and resistance. Once I figured this out and got rid of all of the "decorations" and "distractions", was when I went full time as a trader.
Price action can also be used to create trading plan however so can indicators the thing is both will have wins and losses not than any one is more effective just that what you find easier to follow and the key will always be consistency no matter which u use consistently with rules and behaviours helps u eliminate the role of emotions in trading and take a rational approach
S/R, price action and trend lines could be more deceiving than indicators. A well thought strategy with the right indicators definitely works better than some imaginary line.

@@dannyjf9064 Learn how to place OCO orders. Order cancels order with your stop at 1 or 2 percent of your account size. Set it, and forget it. Your loss is going to be a minimum Everytime. Your wins are set at your TP 😉 This is a way to trade comfortably with every single attempt. You can sustain more losses, but your wins OVERSHADOW your losses. OCO has three proponents. Entry, Target Price and Stop Loss. So, if you know when and we're and which timeframe you're set. I hope that helps.

There are over 15 characteristics that can define a high quality double top versus an average, the ones listed here are some of them. lol, demo account is the total opposite of real account, in demo you can win over a million lol, but move to real account and then you'll know what intense trading is, i don't have to worry about all that though, Mr Jordan Arnold trades on my behalf and charges a 20% commission on payouts, i love it this way cause i don't have to trade on my own and worry about losing my hard earned money..

some great points shared, however, your "rookie" comment regarding the "4 pips" and closing the trade is questionable. let me explain... - price pushed down, 4 pips from your take profit - price then pulled back 39 pips so, the whole premise of "getting in and getting out" was not executed, instead you risked 39 pips for an extra 4 pips...in my mind that is not great money/risk management. you started out with the comment that you do not have any indicators... - oscillators, such as rsi are in fact "indicators" - in addition to the rsi there is a second oscilator - then you draw a fib again, some great information about structure, waiting, taking profits, keeping profits and having a plan, i struggle with the bold statements as the chart setup and actions taken did not match what actually happened. thanks for sharing.
@@Trader-SwingTheory i've never heard the saying, interesting. as for having balls, in my experience, when it comes to trading, pride is a profit destroying monster. now, i had scaled out of the position, and a smaller position was still open, the scenario, for me, would be different...as i would have taken money off the table, and now i'm just simply giving the price room to run, if it will run. to that point, i'd probably be moving my profit target, as well.

I think there's too many videos online telling traders to put their hopes in indicators when all you truly need to understand is price action, candlesticks, and support and resistance.
Once I figured this out and got rid of all of the "decorations" and "distractions", was when I went full time as a trader.
Price action, candlesticks, support & resistance are just as much of a "decoration" and "distraction" as indicators are in Forex.
Price action can also be used to create trading plan however so can indicators the thing is both will have wins and losses not than any one is more effective just that what you find easier to follow and the key will always be consistency no matter which u use consistently with rules and behaviours helps u eliminate the role of emotions in trading and take a rational approach
S/R, price action and trend lines could be more deceiving than indicators. A well thought strategy with the right indicators definitely works better than some imaginary line.

Great video! After a while of getting stressed from scalping, I decided to trade a larger timeframe. I put an order in on gold with a stop and take profit, I actually forgot all about the order, got filled and made the most amount of pips I ever have. Plus, zero pyschological stress.

Learn how to place OCO orders. Order cancels order with your stop at 1 or 2 percent of your account size. Set it, and forget it. Your loss is going to be a minimum Everytime. Your wins are set at your TP 😉
This is a way to trade comfortably with every single attempt. You can sustain more losses, but your wins OVERSHADOW your losses.
OCO has three proponents. Entry, Target Price and Stop Loss. So, if you know when and we're and which timeframe you're set.

Danny, There are two types of traders in forex.
Retail traders and Institutional traders. Retail traders are gamblers, hoping to win there trades. Institutional traders are banks. They watch Supply and Demand levels and Support and Resistance levels. Get as much info on this and watch Karen Foo on candlestick indicators

As a professional trader, You Forgot: macroeconomics, sentiment, fundamentals, proper technical's, volume, news, banks, earnings, reading balance sheets, setting up a "edge", understanding each trader is different, scalp, day, swing, investor, value trading, lot sizes, entry, exits, money management, journals, risk analysis, equities, futures, commodities, Forex, over/under capitalization, fed's interest rates, portfolio management, ect. Thats only scratching the surface.!!!

There are over 15 characteristics that can define a high quality double top versus an average, the ones listed here are some of them. lol, demo account is the total opposite of real account, in demo you can win over a million lol, but move to real account and then you'll know what intense trading is,

The first thing you need to do is set your leverage. You should never trade with more than 100:1 leverage
So many ways to make a profitable trade as a beginner, so am going be comment on below.
Getting a good core strategy that can identify key levels on different pairs is more proficient.

some great points shared, however, your "rookie" comment regarding the "4 pips" and closing the trade is questionable. let me explain...
- price pushed down, 4 pips from your take profit
- price then pulled back 39 pips
so, the whole premise of "getting in and getting out" was not executed, instead you risked 39 pips for an extra 4 pips...in my mind that is not great money/risk management.
you started out with the comment that you do not have any indicators...
- oscillators, such as rsi are in fact "indicators"
- in addition to the rsi there is a second oscilator
- then you draw a fib
again, some great information about structure, waiting, taking profits, keeping profits and having a plan, i struggle with the bold statements as the chart setup and actions taken did not match what actually happened.

@@Trader-SwingTheory i've never heard the saying, interesting. as for having balls, in my experience, when it comes to trading, pride is a profit destroying monster. now, i had scaled out of the position, and a smaller position was still open, the scenario, for me, would be different...as i would have taken money off the table, and now i'm just simply giving the price room to run, if it will run. to that point, i'd probably be moving my profit target, as well.

if you trade this way you'll get a harsh reality check. RSI is a stock indicator. forex is in a whole other world than stocks. its not supply and demand driven. there is no over bought or over sold. mark my worlds people
