Did you know john the baptist was eliah, just like apocalypse says about bringing the prophets back, He did before Christ
@@tecnocosmia incorrect. John the Baptist was not literally Elijah. He came in the same "spirit" of Elijah. Meaning his calling was meant to pave the way for Christ. It is however theorized that due to God's taking of Elijah that he's been "set aside" for a separate purpose. He WILL taste death before eventually going up to Heaven a final time. Some theologians speculate that he will be one of the two witnesses of the Tribulation. Then he will be killed, and rise up after 3 and a half days. He would then be ushered into Heaven for good. The second witness could possibly be Enoch since he walked with God and then was no more. The lesson here is that EVERY human will experience a physical death. So if God took men from the world prematurely it was to set them aside for a different purpose. Hope this helps
@@AnecDote45 so your telling me that John the Baptist was kind of Elijah!!! cool man God bless

Jesus has so much swag that His clothes heals people.
Swag like the swagger
It’s not his clothes that are magical or that healed people. It was their faith in him that did. If you keep reading that story, Jesus even says to the woman, “Your faith has made you well.”
@@bugen5 you're wrong. His clothes played a major role. The Bible says " faith without deeds is dead." If the woman only had faith then she wouldn't get healed. But she added action to her faith by touching his clothes. The clothes was important to the whole story. God is good.
Jesus is cooler than a mountain stream. Hallelujah 😊
Stop saying that about him. No one ever said that about him not the apostles nor his late followers. If you believe he is God then refer to him that way stop the disrespect man he is king not your boy.

For those who are still questioning the “healing in his wings” passage in Malachi 4 : 2. The Hebrew word for wings is “kānāp” (reff Strong’s H3671) which can be translated as the edge or corner of a garment which according to numbers 15 would have tassels (Tzitzits) on them.
Tzitzits are so cool and because of mine, and the conversation starter that they are, many people have heard the gospel!
OO 😮 thanks for explaining 😁

The tassels were depicted in the Chosen series. I didn't knew the depth until seeing it there.
I love how you also demonstrated the uncleanness transmission which is not mentioned yet implied by that passage of the bleeding woman. And the Chosen actually went their way to show the disciples and Jesus to wash in accordance to the Law of Moses after being touched, which is a neat little touch imo.
Be careful with that show. I used to love it until I realized what it actually is.

What you said about the woman with the bleeding problem reminds me of Isaiah 6 where an angel places a coal on Isaiah’s lips and instead of his ‘unclean lips’ make the coal unclean, the coal made his lips holy and God called him to be a prophet.

Gosh these drawings are so cool, the image of Johns long hair and Jesus’ beard are so amazing
Exodus it's not about only God guiding his people through desert towards the promised land. It's for us christians, I explain:
- God listen to the appeal of the jews, because they no more want to be slaves. All of us know that we where slaves of the sin.
- God in the form of Pillars of Fire and Cloud is leading their people to cross through desert, food, water, clothes, everything is provided, there is no lack of anything. Every Christian knows that God is taking care of every aspect of his life, we clearly know and live this.
- Acts 7:39 says "But our ancestors refused to obey him. Instead, they rejected him and in their hearts turned back to Egypt". Some christians also don't leave the mentality of the old things living only to themselves, that is the same as returning to the old unbeliever spirit.
- Numbers 11:5-6: "We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick: but now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes". People desiring things from the old life, when they where slaves of the sin, free sex, parties and drugs, consumerism, etc etc.
- Exodus 19 - 16:20 tells about the jew people hearing the trumpet to climb to the top of the mountain just like Moses did, they hear, see the lightning and thunder but fear for their lives and do not climb, In other words they loved more their lifes than to be with God. Self explanatory, there's is people inside church doing this.
- Numbers 13:23-33 and Numbers 13:32 relates the spies having a glimpse of the promised land, and harvesting a heavy bunch of grapes, later 10 of the 12 feel fear and do not believe in the promise given by the Lord...They saw everything I related before, saw the plagues, crossed safe and sound the sea in dry land and yet do not believed that the Lord was able to give then victory even knowing God PROMISED the LAND. Finishing this happens to a lot of christians that see the power of the Lord in many many ways, even blessings, miracles and after some long time still do not believe in the promises incluiding the eternal life living a life of fear and distrust on God, by their acts.
Later on exile some jews also run back to the Egypt, in order to avoid bear the consequences of their sins...
Amazing ,may the LORD God continue to bless and watch over you, you have allowed Him to use you and bless me this day with this message ,Amen.
It helped me too. Great timing. Bless you, amen
I’m going to have to pray about the Malachi tassel thing , that was deep and awesome and inspiring.❤
Yassss!!!🔥🔥 Another video, God bless u sooo muchhh. U have no idea how i love this channel😅
The first story is Jesus in a nutshell. Always gets trapped questions and always have answers that make you realize no one can trap the true God
The Wings and the women was something very new.
Yeah I never thought about that. Prayer tassels as wings... 🙏
I hadn't considered the symbolism of J.B.'s life. Something to note: he was also a Levite, the son of a priest, which is why he could pass on the repentance and forgiveness to others.
Yup I liked that. But it bewilders me to think that John would send a disciple of his to ask Jesus if He's the Son of God....if their cousins. Like they should know each other not, of each other.
@@Danae78 Admittedly, if my cousin seemed to be the Messiah, and then I wound up in prison, and he didn't free me (as the Messiah was said to do), I would have some questions, too. Obviously, Jesus was proven true, but John wasn't perfect. "The greatest born of woman", but still not perfect.
Something to add to the Denarius example. He didn't have the coin on Him, He asked them to produce one (which they did). Coinage in the ancient world was more than just "money" as we think of it today. It was a sign of legitimate government (as evidenced by people announcing their independent reigns/rebellions by issuing coinage in their own name). The simple fact that the Pharisees and Herodians had Roman coinage on them (and readily available) showed to all watching that they already acknowledged the authority and legitimacy of the Roman government themselves (and thus undermined their credibility with those who opposed Roman rule).

The story of the woman touching Jesu garment is so brilliant. He is not made unclean by her, she is made clean by Him. Like the coal that made Isaiah clean. What you said is very profound in that sense. If she touched Him and made Him unclean that would be a huge problem so to utterly proving Jesus being the Lord she is healed without Him even saying a word or raising a hand.
I’m in the same day as you
Something to add to the Caesar story: “Now it was the day of preparation for the Passover; it was about the sixth house. And he said to the Jews, ‘Behold, your King!’ So they cried out, ‘Away with Him, away with Him, crucify Him!’ Pilate said to them, ‘Shall I crucify your King?’ The chief priests answered, ‘We have no king but Caesar.’ So he then handed Him over to them to be crucified” (John 19:14-16).
They chose King Caesar over King Jesus and thus saying Caesar was their God.
Thank you very much for these videos! I am learning so much and my perspective on much of scripture has been impacted! God bless you, my friend!
Fun fact, the 10 plagues in egypt might have been to counter the different gods of egypt ( king of like baal) showing that our God is stronger than all of their gods combined, although this might be a theory but is still cool to think about.
Sumerian God Chemosh Beats Israel tribal god Yahweh in a Battle.
One great example of this comes from 2 Kings 3:
In 2 Kings 3, Moab was a vassal to Israel, and it decided to rebel against Israel. (v. 4-5) Israel, Judah, and Edom decide to strike back. They stop by the prophet Elisha to get Yahweh's word on whether they will be victorious.
Elisha prophecies that "(Yahweh) will also deliver Moab into your hands. You will overthrow every fortified city and every major town." (v. 18-19)
This appears to be the case, and every major city is destroyed except Kir Hareseth, or "Fortified City of Dirt." Over and over, Moab is defeated. But, suddenly, in verse 27, the Moabite king sacrifices his own child, and "divine wrath" fell on Israel, causing them to retreat.
2 Kings 3: "Omri was king of Israel, and oppressed Moab during many days, and Chemosh was angry with his aggressions... and I took from it the vessels of Yahweh , and offered them before Chemosh... And the king of Israel fortified Jahaz, and occupied it, when he made war against me, and Chemosh drove him out before me."
This parallel is clear. in 2 Kings 3, Yahweh's prophecy of victory is a failure, and a Moabite god's wrath drives Israel into retreat. In the Moabite Inscription, Chemosh's wrath ends in Yahweh's defeat and the fleeing of Israel. Yahweh is not some sort of omnipotent being in much of the Bible. He is one of many gods, and he is a god that can be beaten.
@@entertainmentbusters9716 yes but a child was sacrificed for this "victory" is that right?
@@entertainmentbusters9716 Hi! I wanted to look further into what you were saying since it so here is what I got!
In 2 Kings 3 the king at the time was Jehoram, the son of Ahab, not Omri as some might mistakenly believe. Omri, in fact, was Jehoram's grandfather.
While the Bible doesn't explicitly mention Omri's oppression of Moab, the Moabite Stone provides valuable insight. This ancient inscription details Moab's rebellion against Israel and attributes their victory to the intervention of their god, Chemosh.
(and I think it is where you found this verse "Omri was king of Israel, and oppressed Moab during many days, and Chemosh was angry with his aggressions... and I took from it the vessels of Yahweh , and offered them before Chemosh... And the king of Israel fortified Jahaz, and occupied it, when he made war against me, and Chemosh drove him out before me." since I couldnt find it in the bible and 2 Kings is not known to write in first person view.)
The Bible, however, paints a different picture. It describes Israel's defeat as a result of divine judgment. The text states, 'There was a great indignation against Israel' (2 Kings 3:27). This suggests that God was displeased with Israel's actions under Jehoram's reign, likely due to their idolatry and disobedience.
The surviving Moabite city serves as a stark reminder of the consequences of sin. It's a testament to the power of God and the importance of obedience. This event highlights the recurring theme of divine judgment and redemption throughout the Old Testament.
If you have any questions or find any flaws in what Im saying, feel free to speak out.
@@Moonstar-sm yes !! As per actual history, human sacrifice was carried out to Yahweh too !!
1)Your god asked Ezekiel (Ezekiel 4:12-17) to cook food with human excretion.
2) (Isaiah 20:2-4), asked Isaiah to roam naked in the city and prophesy.
3) (1 Samuel 15:3), asked to children, babies , women and animals.
4) 😂😂can u explain why your god took a share of 32 from 16000 plundered virgin girls and gave it to eleazar , the priest ?! Was your god a woman sex supplier ? ( numbers 31:40-42)
5) Jephthah sacrificed his daughter as burnt offering to Yahweh in the church ( judges 11)
@@entertainmentbusters9716 Well, kinda depends on how you look at it right? By the bible's accounts, Israel completely destroyed the land of moab as God said through Elisha. Even if moab managed to "drive Israel out" (which the bible doesnt say happened. it pretty much says that Israel got spooked by the sacrifice and retreated), the land was in complete disarray so I would guess that there wasn't much for the king of moab to rule over plus his power would have been greatly diminished to the point where he's not a threat. Also on top of that, he sacrificed his heir, possibly destroying his lineage. Now obviously he could have had other sons, like I think the text implies, but the bible specifically goes out of its way to mention that the son that he sacrificed was the son in line to take the throne, that's why I'm guessing he killed his lineage. Taking all that into consideration, I would say that Israel won the battle, then retreated, not because they lost but because they got spooked. It's like lets say the US is in a war with Mexico, and they are obviously dominating and taking over Mexico. But then Canada attacks them from the North and the US choses to withdraw troops from Mexico and focus on Canada. Sure, the US retreated but I would say they still beat Mexico, although they didnt completely take it over.
What a beautiful message of hope and trust in God's Word. This video really filled my heart with peace.
I think Judas’ place should have been left deserted by the disciples, so God can appoint his replacement through Paul who is “one born out of his time”

The contest between yahweh and Baal has an even deeper meaning, Baal is a god from older religions, from the first temple politeist jew religions, Baal was their interpretation of yahweh and God has a plan, a really important plan for wich he needed to act and show a certain way on the first temple, the second temple and christianism. The contest was for god to show how he is different to what they imagine and requires different treatment than before. On the first temple judaism, people used to sacrifice their children and do horrible stuff in the name of their gods and El elyion. It was an era of ignorance and misguidense. Through Elijah God showed how the new Jews should not act as the people before them as now they are more siviliced. And how the religion should change according to the plan.
baal is not an "older" god, and yahweh certainly not a "newer" god.
baal was simply a false god worshiped before israel tribe took over the place.😊

Techno Jesus dancing in my head 2:06
The first one i already knew when i read the scripture. It was blessing me so much. Thank you for remind me about this. ❤
@ 2:42 the question was about taxes, not about the image. Jesus was dividing the herodians and the pharisees by separating the method of taxation between Rome and God using images. Rome demanded coin and would accept land, livestock, etc. as compensation, while God demanded tithes, a 10% tax on livestock, grain, fruit, pottery, and other productions, with coin being a 12% tax if you wished to redeem anything you needed to pay tithes on, like sheep for example. I imagine that the pharisees weren't happy to know their coin was going to Rome(herodians) rather than them.

Just a note: There are two ways of structuring the text of Malachi: the Hebrew text has three chapters, but the Latin Vulgate has turned it into four chapters. This is not a new content, but simply a different arrangement of the Hebrew text. Most English translations follow the Vulgate's structure, but a lot of other translations, for example all the German ones, follow the Hebrew structure. My first language is German and I couldn't find Malachi 4:2 in my Bible, so I did some research. Here it is Malachi 3:20.
Also, the denarius had the inscription "Ceasar, Divine son of Augustus" so they literally are breaking one of the ten commandments because the coin is impying that Augustus and Caesar were literally God.....
No. It is not an _implication_ it was a literal deification.
The Shrine to YHWH was replaced with that of Saturn, I E. the Augustus Himself.

Hey! Proud to be part of the conversation!
I don't know why Peter took those psalms to mean that they should replace Judas. To me, they read more like both modern and ancient people who refuse Jesus.
"Let someone else take his (Jesus') position"
Later, the psalms speak of his children (us or Isreal) and his wife (the church).
Remember, Jesus is saying here that these are lies and slander when they say, "he refused all kindness to others, he persecuted the poor and he hounded the brokenhearted to death."
Sounds very much like the atheist argument of "well, why are there starving children if God love us? Why is there disease and suffering? These are God's doing, aren't they?"
I don't know. I don't think it refers to Judas. The whole Psalm feels like a single topic, not one with multiple topics.
Great to have you in the conversation! I see where you're coming from. It’s true that many psalms, especially ones like Psalm 109, have layers of meaning, and people over time have seen them applied in different ways. In Acts 1:20, Peter does use those psalms (Psalm 69 and 109) to interpret Judas’ betrayal and replacement. It seems like Peter, guided by the Holy Spirit, saw a prophetic connection between Judas’ actions and those psalms-specifically about the wicked being replaced.
But you're right-psalms often speak to broader experiences of rejection, suffering, and God's justice. They can definitely resonate with how people today wrestle with big questions about suffering and God’s role in it. The beauty of scripture is that it can speak into different contexts while still carrying its original meaning.

I love how the prophets of Bible were like performance artists.
Hey did you know Baal was one of the Gods the Israelites worshipped before Moses received the commandments? There were other gods too, which is why the 1st commandment is “no other gods”, because those gods already existed then.
Great observation, but it’s not that other gods existed, but that people were making and praising them. A perfect example is when they literally made up the golden calf god on the spot, the minute Moses stepped on the mountain.

Great video brother!!
I love how you drew John the Baptist ❤
Some really good stuff in this video, thanks! Only thing I think we disagree on is that John was the “final” prophet. New Testament tradition says otherwise. Peter was the prophet leader of the church after Christs ascension and John the revelator was a prophet by basically every Old Testament standard. Christ, Himself, taught us how to tell true prophets-by their fruits. He didn’t say, “there won’t be any other prophets so if one comes along you can just tell him I said there aren’t any”. Important things to consider. Let me know what you think!
Did you know that baal was the son of El aka God. What many don't understand is that many of the earliest religions had a similar structure as the Trinity. It was the fact that they became idolatrous that offended god and didn't maintain the gospel as revealed in their day that made them wicked.
1 Peter 1:10-11
“This salvation was something even the prophets wanted to know more about when they prophesied about this gracious salvation prepared for you. They wondered what time or situation the Spirit of Christ within them was talking about when he told them in advance about Christ’s suffering and his great glory afterward.”
1 Peter 1:10-11 NLT
it was definitely the Spirit of Christ speaking through David and all the prophets!🙏🏾🔥

Another great part about the Caesar inscription story, is that the Pharisees themselves are breaking two of the ten commandments: thou shalt not have any other gods before me, and thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. So, in trying to trap Jesus into breaking these commandments, they expose their own hypocrisy lol. Jesus is awesome!
Thank you for this video. God bless
Coin sorry absolutely baffled me with the image part
this is so cool thank you for the insight!
He asks about the image on the coin because the Jewish people engaged with two types of coins: Roman Denari and Tyrian Shekels (temple coin). The roman government allowed jews to mint their own money for religious reasons (shekels had higher gold content) and because they were key allies to fight the nearby Parthians. The money changes at the temple earned a profit from exchanging Denari into Shekels. Tyrian Shekels depicted the god Melqart on them (Tyrian god version of Heracles). Its a criticism of the temple workers stating they are worshiping foreign gods by remaining under the thumb of Rome.
You taught me so much, thank you.
