The whole idea of sanctions are to make the people fed up with their own government, as the sanctions can destroy the economy. The idea is to overthrow regimes. Iranians love the western way of life, they just don't like their government OR our government leaders. Iran is one of the favorite countries for travelers, as Iranians are very friendly, hospitable.
I do have to say tho, as someone who speaks in front of people. The crowd has a lot to do with how the preacher/speaker acts. Its hard to speak to a crowd who looks bored & dead. The more alive the crowd acts the more alive the speaker acts.
