    Eres de los pocos que lo hacen solo con la junta de la soldadura o en el aire desde la placa de disipación ¡¡ESO EVITA BASTANTE tener que usar el circuito impreso!!

    Una recomendacion,,, si puedes deberias usar el 2n3442, es de mas potencia y trabajaria mas en frio,,, mas durabilidad, a mi me lo recomendo otro tecnico y si tuve mejores resultados al diseñar un amplificador

      Mas quero montar algo em torno de 40 à 50 RMS por canal, mas com muita qualidade de áudio.
      Escuto músicas das 6 da manhã (rocks clássicos e progressivos) até meia noite e quem gosta desse tipo de rock tem bronca de som ruim.

    Gracias ante todo.. Lo forme tal como sta y suena muy bajo. El trancistor calienta demaciado todo es reciclado será por eso gracias. Sos

      Intente cambiar el altavoz con diferentes ohmios. Usé 4 ohmios y sin calefacción. Si está utilizando 8 ohmios, utilice dos altavoces en paralelo. Podría resolver tu problema.

    Sir i have tried the circuit and it is working but i faced 2 problems while playing .
    1. Inout voltage 19V 3amp - transistor is getting very very hot within a minute.
    Please give a solution.
    2. The volume is very low when connected to pioneer 3 way speaker 1 no.
    Please advice how the volume could be increased .

      Esto es de 100w y estaba usando una fuente de alimentación de 12v para PC de 5 amperios.

      Interesante proyecto me has convencido de hacerlo Sólo que también me queda la duda Cuál es el voltaje máximo que puede soportar pues cuento transformadores que me dan voltajes de entre 18 y 20 volts no sé si ese voltaje quemaría el circuito

      @@mdk183 18v proporcionará más potencia y funcionará bien, pero debe usar un disipador de calor grande y grueso porque este transistor se calienta con frecuencia. Utilice también un valor de resistencia de 680 ohmios a 1k de medio vatio al menos.

    5:40 Anyone else notice his mislabeled connections? his left is right .... and his right is left.... silk screened on the board is OR and OL (output right and output left) Also.. this is a CLASS A amplifier. and DO NOT put the 5V regulator on the same heatsink as the power output transistor. the potential between both heatsinks are NOT common ground, He got lucky as the super glue is acting like an insulator, but don't do it... keep it separate.

      Also the odd biasing of the whole thing, it seems to work in the video but I have doubts about how long or how stable the amp would be in the long run. And with only 12v, maybe you could push 4w into a 4 ohm speaker before distortion becomes noticeable; assuming the transistor is biased at 6v.

      That's why I used two separate heat sinks. If I use single heat sink then I must use mica.

      Its not 33 ohms. Its 0.33 ohms & you can use any value less than 1 ohm like 0.22, 0.33, 0.47 ohm.

      No! Debe ser muy ruidoso en 12v. Lo demostré en 12v / 5amp. Si está utilizando mp3, pruébelo sin mp3. Cuando esté bien, adjunte mp3. Recuerde, mantenga dos disipadores de calor separados y no se toquen. O si está utilizando un disipador térmico para ambos transistores, use aislamiento (MICA) para separarlos. El cuerpo es coleccionista. Si ambos colectores se tocarán juntos, entonces no habrá estéreo.

      This one is for educational purpose for beginners. These transistors heats up and required big heat sink for proper heat dissipation. Also you required two separate heat sinks for this circuit. If you are making for personal continuous use then make the 3rd or 11th from latest videos on my channel. 3rd is with d718 & b688 and the 11th is with c5200 & a1943. Or the one I will upload tomorrow.

    As per your video I have made the circuit. But not working. First time it worked later not working. Only beef sound comming

      These transistors are most sensitive. You might touch wrong voltage connection directly to transistor. I have made two separate heat sinks because both collectors are directly connected with the heat sink. So both heat sinks are having positive voltage. The 5v regulator ic is also on heat sink which is negative voltage. It should not be touched with other heat sinks. Hope you understand.
