Man, it's been a while since I saw a video with such quality talking about Dota, the desire and time you dedicated to making this video is noticeable! I hope to continue seeing this type of content. Sorry if my English is not that good, greetings from Argentina!
Thanks for the content mate. Looking forward to more. 👍 I have a question (multiple it turns out): Current 3-4k mmr. 1) I queue as support only. I struggle with very inconsistent cores either farming too poorly (350 gpm average players) or picking the wrong timings for engagements. They are not interested in listening to suggestions (even when presented in the most positive way). I focus on my own game as much as possible and secure objectives + look for twingate ganks/mid bottle refill, defensive/deep wards etc. How do I progress from here if this doesnt result in overall mmr gain over time? 2) Should I just start queing as mid to gain mmr and have more impact in the game overall and fall back to supporting, when player consistency on vores hopefully return on higher mmr? Anyways, thanks if you have any suggestions and ill just keep following your great content :)
Thats the pure struggle of support imo, you can do everything right etc in the early game and then still lose. You still should be able to overall gain mmr, just usually slower. If you're confident in playing core i'd 100% start queing as mid or even offlane as both these roles have a high level of impact. Find out if its working and if it does (keep going) if not fall back to supporting, give yourself some time to learn the role and i'd recommend heroes like (QOP, Primal, Lina) that are pretty straighforward to play and also can capitilize on alot of players mistakes with early ganks. If you end up gaining mmr don't expect players to suddenly be Miracle. If anything pos1 players are generally always the weakest link in the team and most people even 2-3k mmr above you currently still rely on just brute forcing gpm on Medusa's etc.
I dont know that urge of ppl in Mid Ranks to force fight out of vision, out of ult and even out of key members.Ppl are just frustrated and desperate, even when that makes them loose the game
You can win even if u play bad and u can lose even if u play good. I out supported enemies last game but the carry differences was real and even tho i was better support i lost and they won.
I dont comment usually on dota videos(only flaming speed for suggesting trash in 10 min videos and begging people not to do what he is saying), but this video is excelent compared to most content about dota as it goes in depth.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
playing dota 2 somehow made me a better person overall. i used to be a super toxic cancer player as well. now my name is the testament to remind me that i am now a positive player.
@@positiveplayer4744 Sometimes you just takes the frustration of the game, accumulated with ur Real Life Problems,And throw into your bad teammates. That makes u feel better ATM,but doesnt help at all to win the game.Just do your job and if it doesnt work,go next,a a single game means nothing
This video was great. If I understand correctly, Arc Warden can flex between 2/1 which I know is one of the categories but he isn't as big of a space creator as Tiny for example, right? Can't wait to implement all of this to improve, thanks!
Could you do a video about ganking/using Rick invis in general? Im a herald that loves Rick but sucks at that, and especially at late game when nobody knows what to do and that were I see most games get throw.
Stuck in Divine 3,4 for like 2/3 months now, mostly played storm and visage and meepo sometimes, I can't win mid most of the time I compensate it by stacking the near mid camp and farming the camp, for mid to late game and execution I'm confident just I cant win mid most time and I dont know how to fix that also for stacking I experienced that everytime I stack one creep always get denied. any idea on how to fix the problem?
Hey! I too rarely win lanes, but look at it this way the same way I do - if I win the lane, the games already probably won. This just really comes down to your CS ability, especially on a hero like visage who doesn't have next to any kill potential in lane but has a really decent animation / projectile speed. It's something you have to really practice and get comfortable with adjusting the time you last hit as your dmg increases during laning. Being universal means Visage generally gets alot of base dmg + dmg from items early on with all attributes so he can 100% out CS/Deny most enemies especially with Q spam in lane. For meepo / storm, they're both what i'd consider melee heroes and its completely matchup dependent, but both have the ability to jungle early on so lanes don't really matter as much. When going to stack camps you should be pushing that wave before the timer extremely fast so that the wave is under the enemies tower if you want to minimzie denies. But losing 1 creep for stacking a camp I would consider 100% worth.
@@b3hindu301 the video I’ve got planned next should hopefully give you a rough idea of what you can do! But generally I’d just recommend easy heroes that are just overall really strong like qop or primal that have a lot of early options all the way through to late. There’s no real hack to learning the lane, it’s just something that’s going to come with time as a lot of the mechanics slightly differ from the other two lanes. You just have to accept that you’re probably going to play it weakly for the first 50 games, but if you keep an open mindset I’m sure you’ll 100% do fine
I'd start by stopping the belief that you are always VS smurfs and matched with idiots, there have been many videos with content creators /coaches checking out replays of supposed smurfs games and they were not. Sometimes yes ofc, but it's not gonna be a significant number
Nice to see more content creators in dota space. We are in dire need of more. Hope to see your career grow over in future!
and in radiant need
We got walmart jenkinks before christmas 😊
Came in from the riki guide, stayed for the tempo. Good advice at the end about how to rescue a teammate's lost/dismal game.

Awesome video mate, especially on the mindset aspects 🙌😎
Amazing bro! Got one sub... now sitting at 4200 mmr-ish and 7k hours of dota, I feel I can improve a lot just by following these principles 🙂
Great video, very enjoyable and very alternative stuff to common wisdom, thank you
Great video and insightful, can't wait to see more. Keep it up mate.
Nice content, very useful and mind pleasing hahah more of this please! Thanks
nice content man ! eager to see what's next.
Excellent video about mindset videos
That was one of the best mmr gain video
I have seen
Thank you mate !
Great video on mindset. very well said.
Good video! Subscribed as a lowly crusader
I wasn't ready for evil jenkins
Already waiting for the next vids. Ty

They wanna get their dopamine, playing slightly slower and more methodical is boring. See enemy, go press buttons, receive dopamine.
Chad content fam, have my sub

The visage claim is crazy because same.

Yea 100%, some of those heroes are in different tiers of ability to create tempo which i'll definitely cover in the series
ahhh yes finally some good stuff

can you make a guide for visage? I am playing him a lot around 3500, but I just lost 7 games in a row. Micro is not the issue
Yea, that'll be a video in the works relatively soon!
That was lit
Part 2?
Gigachad
Is this guide solely for mid laners or for any role?
It's from a mainly mid experience but still any role, its just harder to create tempo etc from other roles - but its all applicable
@@Hatsukoiiiyt whats a good way to approach practicing to learn mid. I have tried every lane besides mid due to lack of confidence in that role.

+1 subs, still waiting for the visage video
it WILL happen, just gotta play the hero for footage
whats the mindset if im permantely shadow pooled with 40% winrate noobs and im vsing smurfs
Shave your head, lock in and accept that you just gotta be the better man.
Spam 1v5 heroes, playing Mid or HC,even u can spam confort heroes even when they are unconventional, for example i Have 3Winstreak Playing Mid Bane.
