I've never seen turkey wings prepped (chopped) in sections like this for frying. Unique and they'd be so much better seasoned & flavorful than just cooking the wing whole. I'm learning new techniques and flavor combinations from you. Great work!!

Frying meat raw is very common in ghanaian culture. Very few people may that. For grill yes we do season and then grill. It’s different with frying. Only fast food joints like kfc and the rest do the raw frying stuff. It’s different for us too but not bad

Sweet, I used to always feel cheated when the sellers gave me wings instead of the turkey tail when I requested for tsofi 😂🤣. Now, I have the best of both worlds cos I absolutely love the wings (I prefer it baked over fried) and my mom fries turkey tails and sells it to the Ghanaian community here in Baltimore so we always have it available. 😁🤤
