    Hey everyone! I am Ellie, and welcome to my home workout channel! I’m 48 years old, and believe it or not, I’ve never been an athlete. In fact, when I was a child, I was hit by a car, and doctors told me to avoid physical activity. This led to a sedentary lifestyle. But at 46, I decided to start working out.
    As a financial professional, sitting for long hours took a toll on my health. I dealt with chronic fatigue, back and neck pain, tinnitus, and even depression. The big question was: Can someone like me, with a lifetime of inactivity, transform into someone strong and athletic?
    Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve made progress. I used to weigh 52 kg, and now I’m aiming for 48 kg, stronger muscles, and better posture. Currently, I weigh 49 kg at 158 cm tall and feel stronger every day.
    My journey proves that it’s never too late to get into the best shape of your life. You don’t need to be an athlete or go to a gym-all you need is 30 minutes a day at home. Let’s do this together!
