I feel so blessed that I saw All That Remains with Oli three times. He was a monster guitarist and performer. An incredibly skilled musician and songwriter dies suspiciously at the hands of his wife who sounds like a star fkr. So tragic. She sounds like an absolute nightmare. We miss you brother! \m/

I actually got to meet Oli when he came to the wedding of a guy I know. Oli, this guy and my best friend grew up together. Hell of a nice guy, Oli was. Very down to earth. Seemed to have a good time dancing with everyone. Hope justice is served in any way possible. RIP Oli.

I remember this, I know some people close to the band and they flat out said that she out murdered (either drugged or pushed him into the water)The band said the same. Check the old articles an interviews, from day 1 they said she killed him.

There's so many red flags that stand out because of his wife. The first one is obviously the fact that there's a life insurance policy that was renewed a week before he died. The second one for me personally was always the fact that he died in less than a couple inches of water face down and they found out he had way more of his medication that he's taking his body than he should have. And I've always stood by the fact that when you take pills you know what your dosage is because you been on them for so long. He didn't overdose, his wife killed him.

Oli Herbert was my favorite guitarist I've ever heard. He seemed like a really cool guy and hearing of his death broke my heart🥺. This made me sooo sad R.I.P. Oli!!!

Oli was such a magnificent talent and I miss his playing and spirit/presence everyday. It's sad to see things go this way between "family" but I pray for justice in this matter...it just isn't right.

Ollie was the only one of my guitar heros who I had the pleasure to talk to for a brief moment. I found out about his death a week after it had happened. Very tragic, and it didn't feel real at all.

in 012 I took lessons from Oli, hadn't heard of him before that, but was extremely impressed after our first session. Its was only for 12 sessions, but we got along great, he was only a few years older than me and with myself being born in Holyoke and him from Westfield, we got along like a couple of Western Massholes would. She did something that morning, he was literally in the grass at the end of the pond, in 3 inches of water, if he hadn't been incapacitated by whatever he was given he would have been able to move out of the water. I know he enjoyed the outdoors and I'm sure he was using it for a destresser. Miss him and its just unconscionable that she is pulling this Sh17 as she knows what caused it.

So let me get this straight: the guy had one or two too many drinks, stumbled about on his own property, fell over into a foot and a half or whatever of water in a shallow pond and drowned.....??? AND a week before this had his life insurance policy renewed. This some super sad shit to ponder about, a whole lot of fuckery on the wife's end for sure!!!!!

I don't know. It's terrible that he died...but what was the toxicology report? Was he just stumbling drunk on booze and pills and landed in the pond? You can't really hold it against the chick for paying off the house and buying a new car. Maybe she witnessed him falling in the pond and did nothing about it. Who knows?

While the death is understandably suspicious and upsetting, from what I read and heard from others, the band and people involved with them essentially slandered her from the beginning of Olis death. Now they're crying about her pretty much doing the same thing as them, and not getting royalties because THEIR record label won't hand them over unless she signs a document that she has no obligation to sign?
Sucks to suck. Shouldn't have burned bridges before you needed her to sign something for you.

Slandered her...she renewed his life insurance a week b4 he died...she told the police he had drug issues and mental issues witch the band says he never drank let alone did drugs...and he spent more time on the road with them for 20 yrs then he did at home..and they wouldnt let her even go on the road with them...cause as phil said! "SHES A GARBAGE HUMAN BEING"

@@alexmoore1506 Sources for what? Phil gave multiple interviews publicly disparaging her and the cause of Olis death (you can google it); and then advocated for the FB page ( there's more on other social sites), which is very vocal about it all.. it's not that hard to find out for yourself.

Again, it is suspicious, and imo she's probably guilty, but opinions and feelings don't mean anything. The case was solved, she was cleared.
They didn't say he never drank or did drugs. The said he liked mixed drinks and some beer (I forgot the term they used for the beer); they also said he wasn't on drugs that people normally overdose on (which doesn't specify what drugs he did take).
