Peoples hearts just give out on them. The fact she is a woman as well and biologically women need a higher fat percentage to have healthy hormones last time I checked I think below around 15% is dangerously low. You can get osteoporosis earlier and damage your bone density and so many other health issues, hair loss, low body temperature feeling light headed all the time. It’s so so dangerous. I think it’s a little poor taste that you chose to promote your workout plans with this video in particular, like you could be maybe skipped that and many added support links for those viewers who might be struggling? But other than that it was a great video. Obviously I understand why you did promote your workouts, you’ve gotta make money but idk I think this was not really the place😅 also an idea to maybe add support links for those who might be struggling with the opposite side of the spectrum like those who might have a binge eating problem or orthorexia?

It honestly really depends on what kind of workout your doing for 8 hours. I workout for 8 hours everyday to I push carts at a grocery store everyday for 8 hours. To the people that laugh and say it’s not really a workout well if you are walking and pushing shopping carts it’s a workout to. That being said if you lift weights for a hour and walk for 7 hours each day it’s working out for 8 hours but it’s easy on your body to recover. If you got a horrible life working out makes you feel good and yes people can really be in that rush and want to do it 24/7. I love how it feels working out afterwards. Now only sleeping 2 hours a night now that is horrible.
