Nothing motivates me more than my own transformation, since I did it, and I know from that, that I always can get better and achieve more from now on. With that said, all of these transformations are cool and inspiring 💪🏼

Hi if you see this then stop caping I did some research and it's physically impossible to have a six pack while weighting 61 kg and 15 and you said you never worked out please stop making fake stories or tricking people and you gained and 7kg in 2 month which again it is physically impossible as even if you had great genitcs you can't gain 7kg in 2 month you would have to take steroids to not workout weigh 61kg and while having a six pack so stop the CAP 🧢

my biggest inspiration is actually not these people but two tv series. Cobra Kai and CW Arrow. kunckle pushups from cobra kai and pull ups from cw arrow. for the legs I do pistol squats.

I am seeing a nutritionist for this and have gotten my weight up to around the 120 area. I am a runner doing 30 miles a week and would just really appreciate some advice as to how I can put on a little pit of weight in muscle and not in fat, as I am a little paranoid of putting on fat. Right now I am eating around 2500-2700 calories a day (from previously eating only 1800 calories a couple months ago) Do you have any advice?
