A box room is not a bedroom. It is just a storage space. I HATE estate agents who try to say a box room is a bedroom! If I see a box room, I deduct it from the bedroom count- that is the actual number of bedrooms.
This brought back memories when we were buying a house. One thing for sure the estate agent as nice as they can be they are not in your side they are there to sell the house and get their cut the higher the offer the better. I hear you on the pressure to make such a huge decision quickly, but do take your time. And it’s very true what’s for you is for you. I’m loving this series……
