Honestly, you are my role model not only in how you carry yourself but also how you and Damini remember to be best friends even in the toughest of times.
The process is so different than in the U.S as in some things are similar but the order of doing them is different. Here you get the offer first before even starting to look for having a realtor, of what the bank is willing to lend you. Then they do their due diligence later. If everything goes well you get your keys at the closing where both seller and Buyer sit down and sign documents with the lender.
And it was so informative too for people buying for the first time or indeed second time buyers after a long time. Keep up the education and inspirational work. Proud Mum
