As you mentioned....for non F&O stocks the limit is 20%....but if a stock touches UC/LC limit for a few consecutive days....the UC/LC limit becomes 10% and then 5% after a few days.....recent example IOB/BANK OF INDIA after privatization news....how does one know when it will go back to 20% from 5%...is there any specific timeframe?
How to exit intraday position in the upper or lower circuit scenario
Circuit limits sometimes mislead! Last week I put an order for BANKBARODA at 65.60 (LC). The order executed and went down until 63.20 !

When the stock is stuck in lower circuit, there are only sellers and no buyers. Then why can't be I be a buyer?? Same case when the stock is stuck in upper circuit where there are only buyers, why I can't be a seller??
You can be a buyer and seller, however you cannot exit the position intraday you will have to take delivery of the stock

if you are long and got hit by the upper circuit, there will be no sellers. then suddenly after some time, the upper circuit changes and normal trading resumes. could you please explain this scenario?
